Bare Essentials

I recently called bare essentials because I had surgery and wanted some new bras but couldn’t come into the store. They talked to me over the phone about my sizes and then told me they would text me pictures of some bras that would be options for me and then I could call them back and let them know which ones I would like to choose. I think this goes above and beyond great customer service. I really appreciated the time they spent with me and love the bras I have gotten. So thanks for the great customer experience!

Bare Essentials is excellent! Today I was finally fitted properly by Shaniah! She was very kind, professional, knowledgeable, and patient! I would highly recommend a visit to this store. Very clean and welcoming!

so polite and kind! they have a wide array of options and even for larger chests they have items in store so you don’t have to wait for something to ship. Will definitely be going her exclusively for all of my bras now!

I cannot say enough great things about Bare Essentials. I worked with Kristen and she helped me find my first properly fitted strapless bra for my wedding dress, and a nice everyday bra. She was so sweet and respectful, and I’m so lucky to have found this place.

I'm so glad I went to Bare Essentials! When you need a bra in a hard-to-find size the shopping process can be a challenging and demoralizing experience. I worked with Kristin and Jess, and they were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They took so much time to help me find the right size and fit. Once I got home I realized that the underwire was digging in too much, and they were very accommodating in helping me make an exchange for a bra that fit better. They could not have been nicer, and I truly appreciate their help. I highly, higly recommend this store!

I don’t have pictures for my own obvious reasons but my experience has been amazing. Jess has helped fit my family and friends find the perfect size bra to give support and comfort. She has been attentive and very supportive in a stressful situation with a bit of body dysmorphia. She has patience and knows a lot of brands and a wide variety of sizes. Kind, attentive, knowledgable and tactful staff are always available to help. Outstanding selection of bras, underwear and swimwear for any woman of any size, shape or age. This is the only place I shop for bras!

I have not been in a proper fitting bra in 10 years. Bra shopping would often lead to non stop tears and frustration because of my size. This is the first time I have felt confident, supported, and happy in a bra. Cheyenne was absolutely amazing!! She was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive and understanding. She listened to my needs and wants and was able to find me MULTIPLE bras that worked for me. I was so nervous about the price range but many of their bras fell around the $65-75 range and had so many options cheaper than that as well. They had a HUGE selection along with an incredible wide range of sizes in house (I'm a 34J or 34M which is often times impossible to find). I left with happy tears and a bra that isn't a granny bra. Highly recommend.

This place makes shopping for a bra so simple and uncomplicated! "Mia" is wonderful, so friendly and made my mother and I very comfortable! She really not only listened, but heard our needs. Great experience, and we're gonna be back!!

What a lovely shop! Helpful and kind staff with a great selection of hard to find bra sizes. The pricing is obviously going to be steeper than it would be for your average bra. BUT, It's worth it to have one that fits properly AND is cute. This shop racks up the points. I felt supported here. So glad to get the weight of this review off my chest.

I travel one hour to buy my bras at this store every year. Sarah helped me today pick out some new ones that fit perfectly! She is very knowledgeable about what's in stock and how to fit bras that you're comfortable in. Department stores just don't carry the sizes this store does so I no longer waste my time. I go to Bare Essentials when I need new ones. Thank you again Sarah. Just wonderful. Love my new bras.

I absolutely love this store. The staff is so professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. Getting the right fit is so important, and if this store didn’t exist, I know I’d still be wearing something uncomfortable, that I hated. That’s how it always was for me for decades before I found this store. Having someone who knew their stuff help me made all the difference. I worked with Jessica, and I highly recommend her. She was 100% professional and super nice. It’s a pretty personal experience, and working with someone who puts you at ease is just what you need to have a successful shopping experience. Jessica was awesome. I’m grateful for her help and for this gem of a store. You won’t be sorry if you go here. It’s simply the best.

Wonderful! It had been a while since I had been to Bare Essentials and needed a bathing suit so I stopped by Saturday. This store is what all stores should be. Kristin who helped me brought me multiple options, made sure they were the right size (she measured me first) and adjusted the straps and the sides like a complete pro! It was like having your own personal shopper and I saved 25 % off the Tankini so I bought my fav bra while I was there too. Keep up the great work!

I made an appointment with Sara for bra shopping. Sara made some selections for me that I would not have ever tried on with out her encouragment. I was so pleased with her selections. I purchased a variety of styles and could not be happier. 5 stars !!!

Sara was patient and so sweet in helping me find the bras I needed. I am most happy about finally getting measured correctly and getting a strapless bra that I’m excited to wear!!! First time ever!!!! Highly recommend not getting your bras anywhere else!!!! Worth every penny. Rita M

Today I had the most phenomenal experience!!! As a plus-size woman when it comes to trying on clothes we become a shame or occasionally embarrassed, NOT TODAY! Jessica gave me the experience of a lifetime with the knowledge and understanding and comfortability of just knowing what I wanted and what I needed... I have tried plenty of different places from Catherine’s to Lane Bryant and even Torrid and Ashley Stewart‘s you name it I have been there. When it came to bras I have always settled for the grandma bras but today Jessica give me my sexy back I felt like I could be the next bra model. Lol I just wanted to share my experience with you guys and I highly recommend they won't let you down. Ask for Jessica!!!

I went to bare essentials with my friend to shop for a bathingsuit for her. While there, the staff, Sara, was super friendly and helpful. At the end of my friends shopping, I decided I needed new bras, a thing I hate shopping for, and let Sara help. Sara was not pushy in sales and gave her honest opinion. She was excellent and will definitely be returning in the future :)
