I would highly recommend Joe McGrath. Compared to other lawyers his pricing was tolerable and well worth it. I got a 1st offense DUI in Chesterfield with a BAC of .16. It seemed really unlikely that this sentence would be reduced, however Mr. McGrath was able to get it reduced to a reckless driving charge. I was still sentenced to 10 days jail time, but he pointed me to a program where I serve jail time by doing community service instead. Mr. McGrath is very knowledgeable and does what he can for the case to work in his clients favor. He is also very well known in the Chesterfield area.

He worked very hard to get it reduced. He did just that.He didn't charge a lot of money and he doesn't have a fancy office with someone answering his phone. He cares. He looked to find me after my daughter's court date and sat with me. He wanted to make sure I understood what had happened. He saw my daughter as a person who mattered and just needed some help.

My dad got a wrekcless ticket for a 90/60 and could have been facing jail time. I was so worried about my dad and thinking that he wasn’t going to be able to come home with me for the holidays.
