After looking for someone trustworthy I came across this roofing company and I’m not disappointed at all did a great job to say the least. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for dependable contractors.

They did a great job finding the leak on the roof and fixing it, they help me with pictures of all the repairs so I can provide them to the insurance company.

Had need to repair 19 year old roof tiles which were difficult to match and fit properly. Giovanny did an outstanding job to track down the original tile and went the extra mile to ensure proper installation. Professional, responsive and reliable. Would highly recommend to others and would contract again in the future.

Excelente trabajo por rl grupo de Xpert Roofing. Desde la primera llamada respondieron y al otro día llegaron a mi hogar, evaluaron la situación que tenia de un liqueo de agua desde el techo de la propiedad y el mismo día me dieron una cotización. El liqueo fue resuelto a dias de haberlos llamado, el grupo de profesionales les puedo decir que son A+, muy respetuosos y super trabajadores. Les cuento que los muchachos no tomaron su break de almuerzo hasta que terminaron su trabajo y la comunicacion con Giovanny super excelete. Los recomiendo 100%!!

No profesional approach,no customer service!

Just after we bought a house we called this roofing company (which supposedly had 5* reviews) to inspect and fix the roof if it’s necessary. There weren’t any signs of leaks inside of the house and after inspection Giovanny confirmed there were no reason for major changes, but to fix a spot where “under his opinion” could be a leak. The rain season started in a couple of weeks after the roofing company’s job was finished and we found our ceiling leaking (after complete interior remodeling and painting the walls and ceiling!!!) in a few different (from their “fixed” spot!) places!!! Supposedly the company gives a warranty within one year for provided service, BUT the reality was different! Giovanny offered us to fix a new leaks for an extra charge and denied unprofessional inspection from his side and incorrect determination of spot for fixing. However on base on signed contract we paid to fix a leak (which didn’t exist back on the day of inspection! The spot was incorrectly determined under Giovanni’s “professional” inspection!). Anyway we urgently needed to fix a roof and agreed for an extra inspection. The workers of this company spent pretty long time trying to define right spots and under their opinions they did it,BUT my husband doubted about their conclusion and before allowed them “to fix” the roof my husband made his own inspection and research, result: XPERT ROOFING OF SOUTH FLORIDA was WRONG with determination of leaking spots AGAIN!!! My husband fixed the roof by himself! Since then I’m trying to reach the company (around 6 months in a row!!!!) to discuss a warranty and possible refund BUT Giovanny Pereyra never called me back, just promising messages to do it..
Conclusion: XPERT ROOFING OF SOUTH FLORIDA with Giovanny Pereyra - NO professional inspections, NO professional services, NO promised warranty, NO communication with customer! Don’t waste your time and money with this company!

Nada profesional o respetuoso, te gritan desde el techo, con mal carácter y te dan la espalda. Quieren abarcar todo el territorio de los carros con q trabajan aunq estén en una zona residencial múltiple. Cero costumer services. Nunca los contraría.
