Courtyard by Marriott Faro Blanco Resort

Upon arrival there was a hic up with our room which was handled in one of the best ways I have ever been treated at a hotel. They were quick to give us a room for one night and moved us the next day into the room we booked. (wedding) Everyone of the staff was cheerful and professional. We enjoyed our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer.

We had an outstanding stay from beginning to end. This hotel gets it right, from the friendly employees who greet you with a genuine smile at check-in to the kind and patient women working the Starbucks breakfast area, we were made to feel like welcomed guests at every turn. If only every hotel could be this enjoyable and hospitable.

Great rooms. Helpful staff (especially Marlon who answered tons of questions for us). Lots of on site activities like pools, fire pits, games, and other relaxing hotel fun. We loved using the bikes to bike over the bridge. Central location made it really easy to explore Marathon, Islamorada, and Key West. Would definitely stay again.

We only stayed one night but we loved it and would definitely return. Room waa super clean and comfortable, spacious. Our original room did not have water view, but they upgraded me at NO COST upon request! Allowed a later check out the next day. Has a bar at the pool, 2 GORGEOUS pools. Highly recommend

Lindsey Garlinghouse was a gracious host and you can tell she cares about her customers! I am so impressed by her hospitality! Truly blessed by our visit to Marathon and Courtyard Marriott!
Carlene, was very nice and made sure we were taken care of!
Sabrina was very sweet making my coffee and Harry was a social butterfly taking care of me and my coffee needs.
Emma was at the front desk and was very customer service oriented!
There were many more, but right now names escape me. We are truly blessed and impressed by our stay! We will recommend it to others greatly!!!

After going to another local hotel and having a very unpleasant experience we came to this Courtyard by Marriott and couldn’t have been happier. Atashya at the front desk was so accommodating and got us a room that was exactly what she said and we expected. This place has a beautiful pool, lovely views at sunset and a fun bar. We only tried a pizza but it was great.
Wish you didn’t have to pay for parking but other than that it was a breath of fresh air.
Highly recommend staying here if you get the chance

Overall, a very nice resort! Rooms and communal areas were cleaned daily. There was a lot of in-resort activities, for example, yard games, movie nights, yoga, pool, hot tub, gym, s'mores and fire pits! They also had a small Starbucks! There was a bar that provide food delivered right to your seat! The bar also had crafts available and free sunset drinks 30 minutes before and/or after for each night of your stay!

The infinity pool was super cool but we stayed there with guest who had been there previously and they were disappointed to see the new addition of the blow up cabanas. Overall, the view was ruined and there definitely distributing some of the natural habitat and ecosystem. To be completely honest they weren't even used too much and were very dirty.

Would definitely stay again and was in a very good area!

This Great Place To Stay, I believe this hotel is very affordable for the amenities they have in the class of hotel it is. And being situated in the keys where most hotels are very expensive.
It is situated right in the middle of the keys and is a perfect place to make a home base for all of your activities. Throughout all of the keys. There are many things to see and do right in Marathon. Our week-long stay Began with a wonderful greeting from the front desk staff.
Lindsey checked us in at the time Emma was at the front desk. Both were full of smiles and very friendly! Both of them cared for each customer on a personal level.
Harry and Sabrina took care of my wife's coffee needs in the morning. 😁
Very affable and made sure every customer got what they wanted from the bistro.
Atashia, Marlon, and Denise were very helpful and welcoming from the front desk making sure to answer any questions anyone had with a smile.

Mani, I believe cooked for us the last two days of our stay and it was delicious!
Carlene was very helpful with suggesting and serving me green tea one morning!
No bad management, or bad experience of workers here. Even the Housekeeping staff were welcoming and friendly as we passed by.
You could feel a family working together to make a great experience for everyone there. When we were leaving it felt like we were leaving family.

Wonderful place to take a relaxing vacation. The service is exceptional, from the reception staff to the staff working the restaurants. A special shout out to Kyle, the amazing cocktail mixer at the pool bar. She truly takes care of each and every guest with a very personal touch. I hope the hotel knows how to appreciate their staff. We will definitely come back her.

10/10 for Cleanliness which is what I look for first. Everything is modern, rooms are clean and modern. Comply beds. Pool and hot tub are great as your right on the ocean and looks like an infinity pool. We took the bikes that are available for you to Pigeon Key that took 20 minutes one way to cross 7 mile bridge.

My hubby and I had a great time here. Wonderful room view. The staff were very nice and we enjoyed hanging out at the pool and bar area, watched football and got to know other people who were starting there. Very family/kid friendly too. They have a movie theater type area that was really cool!

We stayed here a few years ago & came back this past weekend for a birthday celebration. Many nice upgrades & changes since our last visit.
We have to give kudos to Lindsey Garlinghouse who took excellent care of us during my planning and up to our stay. She relocated to another Marriott before we checked in but still made sure we were taken care of, such awesome customer service!! The company is so lucky to have her on staff!!
Emma greeted us at check in and was friendly & helpful.
Roberto had to be one of the hardest working friendly employees we interacted with. I could not get over how much he did in the pool area. From setting up & keeping the area clean, to serving customers food & drinks & helping with the Eventide celebration, he did everything with a smile.
I apologize, but did not get the chef's name who we spoke with at the outside bar/grill as well as the Bartender on duty Thurs night, but both were wonderful with us as well as other customers.
The variety of things to do at the hotel include pools, hot tub, beach area, yard games, fire pit smores, movies & bike usage to name a few. You are given an activity calendar at check in as well as one complimentary drink for Eventide.
The Eventide sunset ceremony is very nice. The $30/ day resort fee makes sense. But why this location & so many hotels in general charge a parking fee is beyond me. $20/night for parking when you are paying for a room always rubs me the wrong way.
Not far from the 7 mile bridge. Quick drive to Bahia Honda Park, about an hr to KW.
We will be back, hopefully for a longer stay next trip.

Loved this hotel. Rooms looked brand new. Beds very comfortable. Views of Gulf/pool were great. Staff were all friendly. Almost didn’t stay here bcuz of one bad review. Glad I decided to stay here.

Gorgeous property! Beautiful, spacious and clean rooms, convenient self parking, and excellent customer service. I loved the balcony with breathtaking view of the water. Destination fee includes beach chairs, umbrella and upgraded internet service. Staff was exceptional. We were greeted by Marlon, who went above and beyond to make my daughter and myself feel welcome and special. Marlon was so kind and offered wealth of information about property and area. The hotel should be glad to have employees like Marlon. Lindsey at check out was very kind as well. Thank you and we are looking forward to returning next year.

We enjoyed our stayed. Gorgeous property! Spacious, clean rooms, self parking (fee) and excellent customer service. I loved the breathtaking view of the ocean from our balcony. Two pools, game room, restaurant, laundry room, gym, hammocks, ample sitting areas in front of the water, water craft rentals and more. Close to many restaurants, 7 mile bridge and close enough to Key West. The food at the outside restaurant was delicious and we were happy with prices. I loved the blackened mahi and quesadillas. This is my second time at the hotel. The hotel is great for families or couples.

We had a lovely time at this hotel. The location is just minutes away from 7 mile bridge, rooms are spacious, breakfast is amazing. A special shout to Carlene at the bistro, she was absolutely amazing and friendly. Friendliness and great service goes a long way, we received that and just for that we will be back again. We enjoyed the amenities that the hotel offers such as corn hole, ping pong and chess. We also got a chance to make s’mores with the sunset which was absolutely beautiful with a nice breeze. Thank you for the experience. We look forward to coming back. The only downfall I would say is it was hard contacting the front desk upon arrival and also while we were in the room but other than that great time.

The front desk manager Lyenna Wood and her team is very helpful, our room got cancelled for the first night because of upper floor leaking issue, we go transferred to the nearby Fairfield for free (with breakfast included for both of us), and still enjoy our second night back at the Marriott Faro Blanco (great pool view). Overall, very good experience especially the service, highly recommend.

Beautiful property. Our suite was spacious although a lot of empty space that could have used a bit more decor. Overall really nice. Restaurant on premises. Two pools. There is a beach where you can tan but no access to beach.

Atashia at the front desk was fantastic! She took such good care of my wife and I we were thrilled. We interacted with the hotel manager (sorry I lost my notes and forgot his name) and he was just a wonderful guy. We had a issue but he made sure that our experience at this hotel was taken care of to more than my satisfaction!
I cant say enough how much we enjoyed our stay here. Part of it was that it is a great property but the bigger part was how we were treated by Atashia at the front desk and the hotel manager. We will defiantly be staying here again and we highly recommend this hotel.

My stay was so relaxing and enjoyable. The whole facility was immaculate, the staff was friendly and helpful, the food and drinks were delicious and the location was stunning!
