7 Mile Grill

This is a very typical restaurant in the Keys, but with great food and a very islander atmosphere! The place is clean, service was great for how busy it was and the food is excellent. Definitely a great place for breakfast with mimosas! We will definitely come here again! There is also both inside and outside seating but it's all pretty much open air.

Both my husband and I were more than satisfied with our meals. I got the Eggs Benedict, and my husband got the Corned Beef Hash, the REAL deal, no canned stuff here. The best I've ever had.

When vacationing in Marathon we’re always looking for a good breakfast place….who would’ve thought 7 Mile Grill! So so good, service was great, the omelette I had was awesome and their corn beef hash was the best I’ve ever tasted. We will definitely be adding 7 Mile Grill to our favorites in the future….or should I say next year when we come down again. Oh almost forgot the live jazzy tunes in the background made our day.

Don't skip this place when you're in the keys. Once we tried , it we ate there every day. Cheese steak sandwich, shrimp basket, burger, quesadilla....all good. Finally, the key lime pie is also one of the best.

Our waiter Ron was excellent! Friendly, helpful sharing the menu questions. We tried the gyro and the chicken soulvavo platters, both come with a side Greek salad which Was amazing and a meal.in itself, tasty fries come with the meal. Our group also got a burger, cooked to perfection, delicious! We tried the famous grilled cheese, it was good but could have been grilled a little longer for the cheese to be "melted". We will definitely go there again, we heard they have a fabulous breakfast, haven't tried that yet.

STOP HERE! What a wonderful experience. The ambiance, the service, the food and the best mimosa we’ve had in a long time!
My husband enjoyed the corned beef hash and I devoured the eggs Benedict! The home style potatoes were SO TASTY! Love how they are seasoned!!

The open patio was relaxing and we are so grateful we got the opportunity to dine here but there is also inside seating. The attention to detail and the gorgeous tables that look like the ocean were so pretty.
If you are looking for delicious food with a fun laid back atmosphere & awesome service this is a must stop!! Can’t wait to come back for another visit!!

We stopped on a whim and oh so glad we did!! This place was phenomenal and our waitress was amazing! Food was fresh and absolutely delicious. Definitely a must try in my opinion!!

Stopped in for a mid-morning break. Service was outstanding, and food was delicious!

We had dinner outside. It was one of the best meals we have had in a long time. We had the broiled mahimahi and shrimp in lemon sauce, fries, and a salad. The only reason I gave them 4 stars on atmosphere is that they are right on the road with some road noise. Customer service was excellent. Highly recommend!!

Perfect meal to end a full day of site seeing in the Keys.

The entire staff was friendly, smiling, kept our beverages full, and checking to see if we needed anything throughout our meal.

We shared the Chicken Mediterranean Platter and it was the the right size for a late dinner.

7 Mile is worth checking out.

We heard about this restaurant. I made it a point to stop for dinner. It was so good we went back for breakfast not once but twice. Highly recommend. Everything was homemade. They grind their own meat for the hamburgers. Breakfast shrimp omelette was amazing with giant shrimp. The owner works the grille how cool is that. 5 star food. Yummie!!!!

Really awesome grouper sandwich!! I stop here everytime I'm in town for lunch.

We were headed south and stopped in for lunch - sat at the bar and had lovely service. Bartender was local and so kind - talkative and gave fantastic suggestions. Breakfast and lunch only 🥙🍳🥨🥦🍔🥘🍜🥟

My husband and I had breakfast. The nova lox was a very big portion with a nice kinda-thin bagel. Very fresh. Grits were delicious and buttery. He had French toast, eggs, and sausage, all good. Fast and friendly service, too.

First time at this place yesterday - it was great! Shrimp were large and perfectly breaded, service was friendly and prompt. One of the few remaining true old Keys spots. Can't wait to go back!

Highly recommend stopping here if your in the area. I like these biscuits and gravy! They have a slightly herbal taste, really fresh biscuits and they didn't skimp on the gravy. The corn beef hash 🤌👍

My wife, my friend and myself were staying the night in Marathon Florida on our way to Key West. We came upon what I would call a dive restaurant named 7 mile. Well I will tell you first hand what a gem this place is!!! I had a blackened grouper wrap that was out of this world!!!! My wife had these blackened shrimp tacos which she said was fantastic. My friend had the seven mile burger which he really enjoyed. Not only that, the staff was the best. Adam was gracious and Cha Cha the waitress and hostess was also fantastic. Great place to go to with great people!!

Just happened to stop in for a drink and appetizer, when we were happily greeted and never left. Food and drinks are great. Aptomphere is wonderful. We will be back, probably for breakfast before we leave tomorrow. Thank you for your hospitality.

Definitely come here for dinner! Reviews were all about breakfast so I was a bit hesitant but the food and service was amazing. Multiple staff members checked on us. And the Chicken Soupvaki Platter was so good!
