FirstBank Florida - Doral

My experience at the Doral FirstBank location was great. The customer service was great and the staff was very efficient. The banker who assisted me was Martin Lenta who went above and beyond to help resolve my concerns. Overall, I highly recommend the Doral FirstBank.

Excelente entidad, luego de haber llegado a EEUU por la situación de mi país, no lograba encontrar un lugar en donde asegurar mi capital, recorrí numerosas instituciones bancarias y debido a mi estado migratorio de turista, no lograba abrir una cuenta, hasta que un día decidí consultar en el 1FirstBank y Lou Diaz hizo lo imposible para ayudarme, nunca recibí una atención tan cálida y personalizada. The Manager is not friendly

Estas personas fueron super mal educadas, discriminantes y sólo por el hecho de no ser residente y estar en otro tipo de procesos, no me abrieron la cuenta. Teniendo el dinero para abrirla y los documentos correspondientes. Definitivamente no volvería a pensar en ellos para confiar en mi dinero.

Terrible atención! Grosero el chico que me atendió se llama Brian Betsh súper mal hablado ! Grosero! Patan ! Es más me quedo corta con lo que puedo decir de este empleado ! Terrible su atención
