They did a wonderful job!!! Was close to my location and did not disappoint! It was an easy location to find and a friendly inviting environment. The people who did my nails were really nice and considerate. They helped me pick out a nail color that I couldn’t seem to decide on my own. We had a lovely conversation while they did my nails. My nails turned out really pretty and I’m super happy with the results. It was a pleasant relaxing experience. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a new good Nail place. I know how hard it can be to find a good place, and I personally will definitely be returning. They also helped remove my ingrown toenails with no pain, which can sometimes occur at other places.

I have been going to the owners of this salon for over 17 years and my nails have never looked better. I watch other girls do their nails every week or two. The owner does my nails and I can go 5 weeks. During the mandatory shut down while everyone else was taking their nails off mine stayed on and in good shape. I will never go anywhere else.

They took their time and did an amazing job. I have very calloused feet that they fixed with the #3 pedicure. Over 1 hour of pure relaxation. The #1 manicure is a great and reasonable add on. Under $50 for both services. I got the regular polish but they have gel & others.

They are clean and do great work. They take the time needed on your nails. Thank you Franklin. I workout often (5x a week) and my nails have not broken since coming to Franklin.

I have to add that they also did a stellar job on my mothers manicure.

I highly recommend Jade Nails. They are under new ownership and have made many wonderful changes. The pedicure menu is extensive, and once you have made your choice, the technician brings a tray decorated with flowers and the supplies for your pedicure. Everything smells wonderful! Each service I have received has been excellent. They take their time and you never feel as if they are rushing to get the next client in the chair. It feels very spa-like and relaxing. My nails have always been beautiful when I left and last quite a while. They have a very large selection of colors and polish products to choose from, and their prices are very reasonable. Only once or twice have I had to wait, and even then it was not for very long. Take a chance on Jade Nails. You won’t be disappointed.

If you’re considering going to Jade Nails this is your sign that you should. Mia was so friendly and I got to talk with her and the owner while getting my nails done, and it was the most pleasant experience I’ve had in a nail shop in a long time. I’ve been struggling for about 8 months now to find a nail salon that I truly enjoyed and this is definitely my new go to.

If you’re worried about some of the negative reviews, don’t be. I would just say make your appointment online before you go and you won’t have any issues. They’re a smaller salon then some, so obviously appointments help guarantee your slot. I’m a big appointment person anyway so this wasn’t a negative for me in the slightest. They greeted me by name when I walked in and everything! Absolutely a five star experience.

I have been going regularly for 3 months and I always enjoy my service my nails last two weeks with no problems my only advice is to be sure to make an appointment in advance

Quaint little mom and pop nail place tucked in the shopping center of Kennesaw Due West and Stilesboro.
I had a great experience at this salon. After moving from NJ 5 years ago I have not found a comparable salon to my favorite nail place. This is my new nail spot. A full dip set and pedicure in an hour! Franklin did a wonderful job on my set, listened to my concerns about shape and made them perfect. His mom did my pedicure and it was very well done, gentle and relaxing. Would recommend this place to anyone and will be returning for fills. I am 100% pleased with their work and hospitality. I see V most often here and always have a great experience with my pedicures. The salon is bright, airy, and clean. The owners are always very nice and welcoming.

As a business owner and mother of three, my days are really hectic. When I finally get an hour to myself, there is no place I'd rather go to get my nails done and relax than Jade Nail Salon. Over the years I have been to many nail salons. This has bee the best experience by far I have truly established such a great relationship with this exceptional staff. Jason at the front desk is always so pleasant and Franklin, who does my nails, has always done a stupendous job. He took everything I requested into consideration with kindness and manifested exactly what I wanted. Thank you guys for always taking such good care of me!

I absolutely love this place! Franklin has done an amazing job on my nails every time. He is very knowledgeable and does exactly what I ask for every time. I love that they only do appointments, you feel important and they don’t rush. Everyone there is super nice and it’s a very welcoming environment! I definitely recommend them!

I love Franklin, I went in for the first time for what I usually get which is a refill and he was very honest with me, he asked when was the last time I had given a break to my nails, and I couldn’t recall but when he filed off my previous set he saw I had early stage of fugus. This man was so honest he said the best for me was to take them all off. This happened to me because of a bad nail tech previously but I’m so glad I found someone who cared about me as a client not just about the money he could’ve made. I will definitely be coming back in 4 weeks when my nails are at there best again and I most definitely recommend this place, because honesty while doing business is a hard thing to come across and I think that’s what I appreciated the most.

Very friendly, and do a wonderful job! I've had pedicures, manicures and SNS nails done. All have been great with great service! Please be aware though, that YOU HAVE TO MAKE A RESERVATION!!

I’m sitting in my car right now typing up this review as we speak. I’m new to Kennesaw and have been looking for a place to get my toes done and read several google reviews before settling on Jade Nails, and I’m glad I did. First off: the ambiance of the salon is very serene and peaceful, there’s clouds on the ceiling and lovely piano and jazz playing, and over all the place is very clean. I was a walk in on a Friday afternoon around 1:00 and was immediately put into a salon chair and had a technician working on my feet. She offered me a complimentary water and made me feet very welcome and comfortable. The lady who did my feet was so sweet and incredibly gentile on my feet. I’m used to going to salons and having my cuticles torn apart, but not here; she was so gentle and took her time making sure that they looked perfect. Price wise, I paid the same that I did at home for a pedicure and felt I got much more out of this one. The Deluxe Pedicure is $27 and includes a peppermint sugar scrub and cooling lotion massage, and as a college student who walks around campus all day, it was much needed. Over all, from the minute I walked in, to the moment I left, my experience here was wonderful and I will definitely be coming here again!

My friend and I picked a place based on the reviews and location and we totally lucked out. We chose one of the higher level of pedicures and felt like we totally got spoiled. I'm an entire 9 months pregnant and it was so nice to be able to relax and get treated! They were very busy but everyone looked like they were being taken care of and able to relax. My friend got her nails done too and they came out perfect. We will definitely be back

Franklin did an amazing job on my nails, but what I appreciated most was his conversation. He is incredibly friendly and made the whole experience awesome. Jason was also very responsive and able to work me in. Amazing service, great quality. Will not be going anywhere else. Highly recommend!

They are handling the pandemic well, only taking in customers who have made a reservation and asking folks to wear face masks.

Franklin did my nails and he is an expert! I had SNS done and the shape was perfect, they looked just as good when they grew out, and they did not chip even once.

The team always does the most thorough and relaxing pedicures. The space is clean, and you can tell they take all the necessary precautions to make sure their equipment is sanitized (even before covid).
