Staff was super friendly and willing to accommodate my needs with patience. Store is a little small compared to others but their service spoke world's. I'd go out of my way to shop with them again.

Customer Service is not dead! Carlos and his co-workers were very helpful and informative during my visits to the store. I usually purchase on line because it's easier and sometimes cheaper but the level of service I received has made a return trip inevitable. Please continue to support store fronts. There are still people out there that value providing good service, and this is one of the cases.

Nice store and location. The staff is helpful and the products are top notch. They were a little short on stock but I won't blame them because that seems to be the same story anywhere you go these days.

Big fan of 5.11. Went in to purchase a few items mainly a couple of jackets. My rep was Carlos and the store manager is Eddie. Two very customer service oriented people. Carlos guided me through my purchase from beginning to end and he was very knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, and found alternatives when a product was unavailable. I feel that i made informed purchases and the focus was not to sell for the sake of selling. I can appreciate that. I would highly recommend this location and its staff. Cant wait to go back! Ulises

The staff here is fantastic. Very helpful! The material of the gear and fabric is of high quality and it's built to last. They have a good selection of cargo paints and boots. They don't have public restrooms available but, chick-fil-a is across the street. The prices here are a bit higher but, for what you get, is worth it. I recommend this place.

Highly recommend! Aside from the great products they have, their customer service is beyond amazing. I had the wrong size messenger bag shipped to me as a birthday present from Amazon. I spoke to Andrew, who confirmed he had the right size bag I needed. After visiting the store, Andrew helped me out and only charged me for the difference in price and told me not to worry about shipping the old bag back to Amazon. He saved me a lot of time, and gained a new customer. Thank you!

Great customer service. they have a nice selection of appeal and accessories for your firearms (cases, bags, etc). I only go there to buy cleaning solvent from breakthrough but I enjoy looking around.

Associates were very helpful in order for me to get what I need quick. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Majority of those 10 were just looking around. Going to test the pants and the belt. If they last I will be buying another pair.

I recently purchased 5.11 Tactical ATAC 2.0 8” Shield Boots. My sales representative was Carlos; informed me on the quality, the comfortability on the everyday wear, and the overall information on the Shield Boots. While I was paying also met Leo, both representatives were professional and treated me with respect and gratitude. They made my shopping experience gratifying. I returned for additional information and meet the owner Eddy stand up person. I also left that day with a gift, a First Responders Patch. Thank you guys!

I'm from the Kendall area and had never been to this store before. As a law enforcement officer, I always ordered my gear online or took the long drive to Lou's. This store provides a solid inventory for any officer's tactical needs and the customer service is great. I've always worn Bates boots for duty, but have heard others praise 5.11. I bought a pair of their boots today at the lowest price I've seen for them anywhere (including online) and got an LEO discount to go with it. Definitely recommend it to fellow officers and security guards. I'll be back soon to check out their clothing for when I'm off duty!

Pricey but quality gear. The tactical pants are awesome for all around activities. I first found some 511 gear in Bass pro shop but once I noticed they had a local 511 store I was hooked. Worth the price for what you get.

Awesome store. The staff is super helpful finding your size and making sure it fits right. They also keep your details on the computer so you can go in or send someone else and they can find your size quicker.

I'm a larger Guy (6ft 235lbs) and buying pants is a nightmare for me. They helped me find pants that fit me perfectly were conformable, breathable and great for concealed carry! Awesome staff. Andrew is the man!
