Charly Moore is the by far the best person I ever knew from oak harbor or just about anywhere else for that matter! He will always help you out with finding a home or a rental. If I could give 6 stars I would because this world needs more people like him,thanks for everything you do charly!

My husband and I were first time home buyers, and we could not have asked for a better realtor to hold our hands throughout the entire process. Charlie and his team were so incredibly warm, communicative, thoughtful, and professional throughout the entire process. The market has been extremely competitive, but Charlie was willing to drive all over Puget Sound to show us properties we were interested in, he would answer any question or concern we had, and he made the entire transaction feel as though we were working with a diligent and protective family member. We cannot recommend him enough!

Charlie claims to be a military veteran but went out of his way to harass my son who is a disabled vet with PTSD. As a result my son ended up back in the hospital. He stole 40 dollars from him on a background check that was never done. And then evicted us from our apt and refused to give me back my deposit even after I had the apt professionally cleaned. He called the police and filled false reports on myself and my son. I have copies of all the reports. Now he just did the same to my youngest son who was renting a unit from him. He claims major damage to the unit but will not provide proof of damages. In my opinion he is a bottom feeder and a thief. I do not reccomend him .
