Me siento como en mi casa y en mi País. Los empleados son muy profesionales, siempre una buena actitud y el mejor trato. Voy con regularidad a enviar dinero a PR y siempre he tenido buenas experiencias.

I'd opened loan account to boost my credit 24 months ago and maturity was on 6/2. I traveled to the branch and the teller, an old sweet lady named Mrs Hernandez, told me that I was required to pay at the branch the last installment in order to be able to cancel and withdraw the funds. She assured me (hesitant), that my account won't be debited for this payment because she placed a stop. I went ahead and paid in cash the last installment. Next day on 6/2 I noticed that my account was debited for the last installment again! (#@*!) Mrs Hernandez called me that I can pick up funds at the branch. I told her about the Banco Popular debited my account regarding the installment and she was very surprised because that never happens! This is the closest branch and it's 45 minutes away due to traffic! Why people say one thing and all of the sudden happens a different situation? Lack of customer service? I don't think so! One thing I noticed is that "No one knows anything about the loans to boost your credit!" At Doral branch when opened I ask for the service and they thought I was talking Chinese! A big question mark above their heads! And that is the main reason why they give you random answers at all times! I am a very patient person but I cannot deal with people warming their seat waiting to be 5 o'clock to go home and watch soap operas and give you any answer thinking you trust them. Because they don't care about you and don't know the answers to everything. Banco Popular did it from the beginning till the end on this 24 months of boosting my credit. Doral branch took 2 months to be able to debit my account for installments due to mails, signatures and procedures that I think still needs to be signed by the Conquistadores and Mr Rafael Carrion (rip) in Puerto Rico! Good thing is I don't have to deal with that bank again! Thank you but No thank you! Rubbish!
Now, I have to call the loan dept. and wait on the phone for 45 minutes in order to make sure they credit back the last installment debited from my account of 45.40. This country keeps your mind busy with dumb people who unfix things and you have to fix them.
