I ordered the soft serve on a chocolate dipped waffle cone, and it was absolutely delicious. The soft serve was creamy and smooth, and the waffle cone was perfectly crispy. I also loved the variety of toppings that were available, including sprinkles, whipped cream, and chocolate sauce. They also have a wide selection of hand dipped ice cream and cakes. Carvel crunchies make the world a better place. This location has a freezer for cakes. There are soft serve classics and hand scooped ice cream. There is an additional freezer with take-home options; ice cream sandwiches, individual pieces of cake, and so on. There is very limited seating, but that makes sense for a small ice cream shop.

Delicious yogurt cone and the service is impeccable. They are so wonderful at this location and I'm so glad we have our Carvel back!!!

Wednesday is by one hot fudge sundae get the second one free.

Ice cream was very good, but it was a little pricey. Yes, I'm aware of the fact that everything went up in price lately, but my family and I couldn't get any bigger than the junior size because of the cost. Apart from that, we have no complaints.

My first time at this Carvel joint. I have been in Florida from a cruise and always like to get ice cream with my family. Took a whole week when we finally landed at your establishment lol...was pardon the pun, sweet and cool to sit outside and eat Carvel ice cream. IMO best ice cream.

I have been to this carvel multiple times and have never been disappointed. Customer service is always A1. Always looks neat and clean. Ice cream is always prepared perfect. Leslie in particular is a staff member that I always look for when I go. She takes her job seriously and always treats me with respect. If I could give this store 10 stars I would.

I’ve been to this carvel several times and the employees honestly are so nice and patient.
I read some of the bad reviews on here and from a frequent costumer I can tell you the employees put up with a lot of rude costumers who have no manners. I wouldn’t blame them for not looking all jolly 24/7

I went to Carvel on Saturday, the store was so clean and many ice cream flavors to choose from. A specific employee, I think her name was Isabella, was very helpful and so nice towards my family and I. We will definitely be coming back here!

This is the best carvel I’ve been to since I’ve been living in Florida. The best part is that they make fresh cakes everyday. Customer service (especially the one in the red shirt) is top of line and it’s amazing how they juggle customers and online orders. Awesome people!!

Yummy ice cream, they have SIX soft serve flavors including pistachio! Love that, the owners are so kind and helpful, the employees are super nice too.
