GREATEST ANNIVERSARY EVER! They treated us like kings & queens. They upgraded our room had complimentary champagne with fruits and macaroons waiting for us. They also gave us two drinks comped sent up to our room in the evening. Exceptional service! & Hospitality!

Came to Bellevue for business. W Hotels are always trendy and swanky, IMO. This W tracks to that. The room design was interesting, with the shower in the middle. The location is a foodie paradise as well. I enjoyed my stay and would return again.

Our stay at W was just amazing!!! The staff provided implacable service, from check in to check out. They upgraded our room for no additional cost and generally were very personable and polite. The amenities were top-notch, making it a truly memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a remarkable stay. We loved our room and just an experience overall. Huge thank you for a hydration station on the morning of January, 1st!!

Enjoyed an evening here just before New Years. Excellent attention on check-in and followup throughout the evening by the staff.

One comment, we had drinks in the bar and had a staff member come by, take our order and credit card, and then forget about it. That was the only time during about 90 minutes that anyone gave us any service on the terrace. The bar seems to need better/more service staff.

The room was great, complete with a glass shower in the middle of the room!

I recently stayed at the W Bellevue, an incredibly youthful hotel characterized by its bold design. I was thoroughly pleased with my experience. From the warm welcome during check-in by Julie to the exceptional service provided by Yulia at the bar, and the meticulous housekeeping by Maggie, every aspect of the service was remarkable.

The room itself was audacious with its all-glass design, adding a novel touch to the overall ambiance. The bar’s burgers and fries, especially the Parmesan truffle fries, were well worth the price and delicious. For breakfast at Lake House, I indulged in a Wagyu steak and eggs, which, despite being a bit pricey, were delectably satisfying.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my stay at the W Bellevue. The combination of innovative design, outstanding service, and high-quality dining options made it a memorable experience.

Recently stayed at W Bellevue and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Kudos to David at front desk, he was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Even went the extra step to help check wait time for a restaurant we were planning to head to and gave us a call about the update.

We paid an extra $150 a night to upgrade to a fantastic suite and it was truly fantastic and well worth the spending. 2 washrooms, massive living room and a comfortable tub in the bedroom. Probably not the best room to request if you’re travelling with someone you’re not comfortable being naked with. If that’s the case go for the 2 Queen rooms that have a door to close off the shower area.

Room was clean and quiet. Well stocked with all amenities. Their shower gel makes the best bubble bath ever according to my daughter. She was blowing massive bubbles with the shower gel with her own fingers, I have to agree with her.

We ordered the in room breakfast one morning and the food was just OK and very pricy including the 28% service charge and $7.50 delivery fee. But there are so many restaurants around and a food court right outside of lobby area so there are plenty of alternative options.

Arrived on a weekend day so parking was actually free for our Monday to Tuesday stay to my surprise. W parking is on level 4 and level 5 of the parkade for those that mentioned it’s hard to find where to park.

Convenient to have Nordstrom Rack right below and short walk to cheese cake factory and the mall as well. Safe, clean and well lighted shopping block. 15 min walk to the kids museum. Great location. Would definitely come back.

I've stayed at this hotel a couple times now and it's always amazing. The service is excellent and the view of Seattle from the rooms is beautiful. The rooms are very nice and the bathrooms are clean.

We love this hotel and staye many times
It is a party hotel and they have you sign party waiver that it won't be too wild and you won't end up having 10 people sleeping in your room, but we had no issues with noise so far.
Good restaurants near by and the best location for shipping and exploring Bellevue

This is at the top of my list for best places to relax and have a bite to eat. Love the different areas for reading, the pool table, the computer and my fav the swings. Nice atmosphere on my very selective evenings.

I always stay here for a get away weekend. David at the front desk is awesome. I thrive on customer service and he brings it.Customer service from the night manager Jerimiah excellent. Great team that deals with problem solving.

The staff was very welcoming and it was walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and the mall. Beautiful park across the street. My room had a beautiful view of Seattle.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this hotel last weekend! We were celebrating our anniversary - after checking in, we walked into champagne on ice and chocolate covered strawberries in our room, along with a sweet note from the W Hotel Concierge staff! We were also upgraded to a nicer room, all complimentary from the hotel.
Julie and Matthew at the front desk were the friendliest, most helpful 2 people I have ever dealt with at a hotel. They always greeted us with a smile every time we walked by, gave us drink coupons twice to the on-site Living Room Lounge, and truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing.
I used to work in hotels so I have high expectations of hotel service. I have also stayed in several W Hotels and can say that this one was the best experience of them all! A giant thank you for making our anniversary weekend extra special!

Very convenient location. Lots of good bars, restaurants and shopping center nearby in walking distance.
Fitness center is cool but no swimming pool.

This was my first time staying in at the W and it was a GREAT experience! will definitely stay here again ! Thank you to David Le for taking care of us checking us in and making us feel welcomed and comfortable he is very helpful and made sure that we were good and questions we had he had no problem answering them all. David is an amazing host/concierge he is polite and very professional he definitely is a good asset to the W. The rooms are nice and clean has super comfortable beds. And nice view on the top floor. And it’s close to everything! Super convenient.

I would like to give a triple thumbs up to David at the front counter check in. He was very charming, courteous and very friendly. He was very patient and helpful with our many questions about the amenities and the Bellevue area. I could tell he was experienced and he knew exactly what he was doing. David and the front staff
were very friendly, every time we walked by they would say hello and asked if we needed anything!
He put us in a beautiful room with a gorgeous view!
Loved the room and the shower too. Slept through the night in the fluffy bed!

I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel for 11 nights. The hotel is located in a great locations with so many places to eat and shop within walking distance. The rooms are modern and housekeeping does an incredible job of keep them clean/tidy.

My experience there was made even better with how friendly the front desk was! Special thank you to Julie at the front desk who was possibly the kindest person I have ever met. She always had the biggest smile on her face and was so sweet to me during my visit! She went out of her way to help me on the first day when I get mixed up with parking and offered great suggestions for activities and dining. Julie is the best!!!!

The service at this location is NEXT LEVEL. The check in experience was excellent. David was great and all his colleagues provided top of the line service. I called “whatever whenever” and asked for water and it arrived in seconds!

The pool table is a nice touch. Everything else is what you would expect from a W.

Rooms were extra spacious, great location and very good service
