Publix Pharmacy at Doral Commons

I switched my prescriptions from Walgreens to this Publix’s pharmacy. The pharmacist & techs are AMAZING at this Publix pharmacy. Unlike Walgreens, they actually answer phones and take time to talk to patients.

Excellent customer service, they are always willing to help, what a huge different in compared to other pharmacies in the area. If your insurance accepts Publix don’t hesitate to change to this pharmacy you won’t regret it. 100% recommended

Update. Customer Service has improved significantly. There was a period of high stress but that was the case everywhere. I returned recently and the same employees were very helpful and nice. I’m very impressed by the improved service that matches what we all know Publix to be.

Horrible customer service, terrible attitude. I understand understaffing and I can wait for as long as needed but bad attitude is not acceptable. Publix is usually great in terms of customer service and that’s why I decided to try their pharmacy but it was a very bad experience. Not helpful at all in regards to my prescription. Had to come four times until I was able to finally get my prescription, bad attitude every time. Changing to CVS next time.

While travelling I needed a prescription. There was a problem with the insurance. They treated me like family while trying to get it sorted out. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!!!

Quick. Efficient. Friendly. They also send you a text when your prescription is ready for pickup.

La atención en la farmacia de este Publix es excepcional. Y la preparación de recetas es muy rápida. Los recomiendo completamente a la hora de escoger a la farmacia para sus medicinas.

The ladies at the deli they are always pretending to work and leave customers waiting in line to get either the sandwiches or meals. They don’t really care and they are lazy to serve food.
