AT&T Store

I went into add a line for my mother, and Victor helped us, and he was extremely helpful and friendly and not push it all to try and sell things. Very happy with the service went above and beyond. Thank you Victor.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Laura Duluc during my recent visit to AT&T, and I must say that she provided exceptional service. Laura was extremely kind and patient, taking the time to listen to all of my questions and concerns and addressing them in a clear and concise manner. She was knowledgeable about all of the products and services that I was interested in, and went above and beyond to help me find the best options for my needs.

Throughout our interaction, Laura was friendly, courteous, and professional, and she made me feel valued as a customer. She was also very efficient, ensuring that I was able to complete all of my transactions quickly and without any hassle.

I have visited this location twice and both times the employees have been extremely helpful. I am especially impressed with their manager, Jorge, who is extremely attentive to all of his clients and helpful to his employees. He exudes good energy and the rest of the store reflects his great attitude. Again, I have only been twice and both times I never spent more than an hour but you can tell when employees care for their customers. Most ATT locations are very obnoxious and barely pay attention to you while helping you out. This is my new go to location! You will receive excellent service here no doubt.

Best customer service I ever received! After visiting the Doral “corporate store” I was ready to leave ATT for good after 15+ years. Jorge ( the manager) and his team restore my faith in the company. Great! I want everyone to know how good the guys here are. I was not all that exited about switching to AT&T and they made my experience smoother than I expected! They truly deserve the 5 stars I'm giving them. More people need to know they are here! The manager George and Xavier were so happy to answer all our questions with patience and transfer all my information from my old phone. And help my wife find the accessories she wanted. Truly amazing!

Really good staff super attentive NO wait at all. Lennard and George got me into Direct TV and Uverse. And walked out with a free iPhone 8 and iPad. Will be coming back to this location. Thank you, you guys deserve 6 starts! Keep up the great work and great customer service.

Excellent attention, they help with doubts at the time of buying the phone, I had many doubts and they clarified me, the manager George has an excellent work team, always willing to help. I count with the att service, internet service, cell service, att tv.

These guys took care of us immediately gave us options with pros and cons of each and then helped us with the activations, transfers of data and even putting the screen protector on for us. It was pleasant rather than the usual pushy sales people
