Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

This year I went from an SUV to a Sedan. I have noticed most Carwash’s don’t get the front of my car clean. Tidal does. Not only does it get really get the front bumper cleaned, it is almost dry when we get out of the wash due to the blowers. The staff is always nice and they always have plenty of towels and good vacuums to help you do the finishing touches.

After my daughter’s wedding in the rain on a dirt road (light mudding)we came here to see if the car wash could make my baby clean again.
We got the middle car wash $15. And it did great!!!

Today I purchased the best package available and was very pleased with how well my vehicle was cleaned. The staff quickly assisted me in choosing my desired package, and they were friendly. The self service vacuuming area was clean and the vacuums were very powerful. I would highly recommend this location. I am new to the area and was so impressed that I also applied to be the leader of this location as I do believe they are looking for someone strong for this location. Keep up the great work team!!

This car wash is one of the best that I've gone to in a while it cleaned my truck and brought it back to a new look I give it a 5 star if I was able to give it a 10 star I would

02/24/2024 - Management has got the majority of issues resolved, and no more being closed for busted pipes. The crew has also gotten better about clearing washes for customers who come through just to vacuum, so you get the wash you pay for, not someone elses!
+++The one thing left to fix is the light board/sign when entering that shows your wash. The top tier wash package light has not worked for months! Get this fixed!+++

12/13/22 UPDATE - Over last few months, things have changed! No more closed for plumbing/water issues! Staff and property are great, and a carwash that washes is an amazing concept!

06/28/22 UPDATE - For almost two weeks now, every time I visit, the car wash is open and working! Also, the Member's Only line has been available each time as well, because others have mentioned the Member Only line being closed. Changing rating from 1 to 3 stars because of the last 2 weeks. I will re-evaluate rating in a couple more weeks.

ATTN OWNERS:
Sunday (06/12) is the 2nd time THIS week, my second day off, and I go to use my premium membership, and the car wash is closed due to plumbing issues.
Wednesday (06/08) I talked the wife to come and check out "my" carwash and maybe get her a membership - closed due to water/plumbing issue. Paid your competition to wash our cars, which leaves me to ask why do I have a membership here? Came by today and found it closed again with a sign saying closed due to plumbing/water issues. I waited an hour in an adjacent parking lot, never opened. This is not the 1st, 2nd, or 6th time I can think of in the last few months that I have tried to use my membership to find it closed for this same reason, "plumbing/water lines".
Having a great, friendly and helpful staff, nice and clean facilities and great vacuums at a car wash that doesn't wash doesn't make sense for me to have a membership. Please fix this, or I will have to rethink whyI am paying for a membership/service that is broke, A LOT. Once a day every day of the month means nothing if the days I drive in to wash my car, the car wash is closed.
Changing rating to 1, this deserves a 0 right now, but the crew is that good, when the equipment works!

The crew is a always friendly, fast and efficient!
Vacuums, towels and glass cleaner provided with any wash with both covered and non covered parking spaces. All the vacuums work great! Towels are always clean and at the ready. Additional items like ArmorAll and other cleaning items are available from a vending machine.
Highly recommend!

My location only has the auto car wash and the self vacuuming station and is always clean and accessible. Very friendly staff. My car is always clean and mostly dry after the wash and they usually have all the supplies for you to use at the vacuum. Having clean rags and cleaning solution to use is a great addition. My only issues are that the wax or soap they use always leaves a film on my windshield and the vacuum hoses are clogged frequently and you either have to move spots or your vacuum doesn't have much suction. I really wish they would add air pressure hoses at each vacuum to use to detail your car and also a shopvac type carpet shampooer where maybe customer purchases or bring their own carpet cleaning solution to use it would be great. Sometimes I have stubborn spots that need the extra help.

I helped build this carwash. Was working with tapout construction and we did the framing and the roofing.

We had to wash our car after the crossing of Mobile bay. Sea water sprayed all over the car. Tidal wave car wash did a great job. We have been there before and will be back.

Love this car wash! I come almost everyday, I am a club member. Only place that I've ever been that offers towels to use after you go through the car wash. They also spray off and pre-wash your vehicle before it goes through car wash. Great friendly service, and THEY MANTENANCE THEIR VACUUMS AND UNCLOG THEM DAILY! I've never been anywhere where their vacuums are always functional. I am a faithful member here, definitely choose here for your next car wash, I guarantee you'll be back!

Told me for just 10.00 more I'd get the rest of the month free car washes. Then, a month later, I got a bill for 25.95. It was pulling teeth to get a refund. I live 920 miles from there, why would I want a membership?

Does a great job at cleaning the car. The vacuum cleaners do a wonderful job. The don't take cash.

I came by on Wednesday to try out this car wash location, and I am glad I did. The person who helped me (forget the name) was very helpful and helped me figuring out all the different plans of their club services. I ended up with a clean car, along with the 40$ unlimited service (first month is 10$ btw)
And if I'm being honest this wash did a better job than quite a few others I've gone to, so I'd suggest coming by for a wash..

Best car wash we’ve ever been too. They personally prep each vehicle before you enter the car wash. Worth the price!

Very professional and amazing service. They let me go through twice when the car wash missed a few spots. My car was very dirty (not the machine's fault). They took time to clean the car by hand before going through both times, especially the second time. I will be coming back!!!
