I've boarded my cat here 2x the past 2 months for work travel and this is one of the best vet clinics I've ever used. The support team here is engaging, friendly, supportive, amazing, and communicative daily via texts with pics about my cat. My 2 daughters both work at Vet Clinics in FL and LA and both tell me how much better Wagly is from the clinics they work at based on the communication and pics I get sent daily. I would highly recommend this clinic based on my direct experience here.

I have been boarding my dogs here for a couple years now and it’s been a wonderful experience. The staff are really great. They all seem to love their jobs. I love the daily updates of my pups with pictures.

100% recommend Wagly. My dog is extremely anxious and reactive to certain things being done to him in vet visits and they have been more than willing to work with him and give him a great experience in the vet. After a few months working with them he is doing much better for vet appointments. Their staff is great and care a lot about the pets.

Our pup loves coming to Wagly for daycare! The staff are all very kind and excited to see him each time we come in. The webcams make it fun for mom and dad to check on the little guy as well :) Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a daycare option on the Eastside.

Excellent location for dogs and cats, with a vet hospital inside too. Peaceful environment with webcam access. We have been in search of a good daycare and onboarding for our Frenchie. I think this is the one!

Great place with wonderful people in their grooming and training services! The trainer Melissa is very nice and patient and really easy to work with, the prices for the group classes are really a great deal and you get a lot of opportunities to ask questions and get one on one time too. Highly recommend it. The groomers are also fantastic, I had been taking my little Shihtzu to get groomed at a local big box pet store for over 9 years before I switched over to Wagly. They do a much better job, a little more expensive but well worth the additional for the care and skill you get!

Our dog broke her nail over the weekend. We are from out of state and other vets weren't taking new patients. Called Wagly and they got us in within 2 hours. Thought she would need to have the nail removed, but instead the vet was honest and said that it would heal on its own. Not only did we save on the procedure, but they didn't charge extra for an urgent visit or a first time visit. Very pleased.

I can not express how thrilled I am with Wagly, from the checking to grooming to vet services. My dog has never been so calm and relaxed after a vet and grooming visit. The groomer was loving and caring, and the vet was amazing, she helped me understand and took great care to explain things to me and called to follow up. Love this place!!! Customer for life.

My dog has been coming for daycare and he has a bit of anxiety but the people at Wagly have been working with him to help him feel comfortable and safe, plus they have been making sure all the other dogs are having fun too! During the high heat times they had "ice time" which was adorable and my pup loved it! Thanks for making him feel at home!

The staff here is super friendly. In addition to the vet services, my dog been in boarding at Wagly. I love that she gets doggy day care during the day, and I can schedule her to get groomed before I pick her up. Everytime I drop her off I know that she will get great care. They also sent me pictures, so I could check up on her. I highly recommend Wagly Lake Hills.

Our previous vet moved and I was unable to find a affordable place to get her shots updated so she could be groomed. I was able to get her a same week appointment to see the vet and have her groomed right after. The vet was great and caring. I highly recommend wagly. My senior yorki mix was very well taken care of, and it was the same price for her well check/shots and grooming that most places had quoted me for just shots. I will definitely be back! Glad I found them :) Very friendly staff and a clean facility. The grooming was started right away and I am happy I didn't have to leave her all day knowing she would be locked in a crate most of the day waiting for a groom.

We have an eight month golden retriever puppy. Wagly in Lake Hills has been the answer to all our puppy problems! They are simply amazing. Their facility is spotless and modern, their staff has the most wonderful love of animals and incredible customer service, their grooming is the best in town, and their vet care cannot be topped. If I could give a thousand stars I would. We use their doggy day camp for days we work long hours and have complete peace of mind that our puppy is romping with her puppy friends and receiving amazing care from their staff. Welcome to the neighborhood Wagly!

My puppy Stella loves it here, is loved and taken good care of by the staff and enjoys her time with other dogs. Nice facility with a playroom for small dogs, big dogs, and puppies who aren't fully vaccinated yet. They offer grooming, boarding, medical, vaccinations, and a whole lot more.

My dog LOVES going to see her friends (human and canine) at Wagly! Staff are friendly and it is easy to make appointments for extras (like toenail clipping, boarding, training, etc). I have had a very positive experience with this organization.

This place is great! But more specifically their groomer Jessica is fantastic! I took my cat Cleo to the groomers (yes- she really needed it) and although Cleo was terrified to be in a new place, she felt so comfortable with Jessica. She’s a professional. 10/10 would recommend.

My 2 pups have been going to wagly for several years now. I can always count on them to have room to board my dogs even at last minute notice. I LOVE that it is a one stop place for my dogs so I'm not carting them around to several different stops (vet, grooming, boarding). I can get them boarded, groomed, and a vet check up all in one visit! its so convenient for me.
My older dog developed a tumor, which wagly spotted, and has kept an eye on for over the past year. On his last boarding visit the on staff Vet (Dr.King) called me personally to address his growing tumor. He was so over the top detailed and addressed all my questions and concerns. I felt like royalty at the service. Dr. King and Dr. Shih (the vets at wagly) performed the surgery at wagly removing the huge tumor, saving my dog!
Wagly is my spot, I'm never going any where else to board or care for my pups. All the staff there are so nice and go above and beyond when we show up. I cant say enough good things about wagly!!

Our dog Earl loves Wagly. We take him to the small dog day care three times a week and it's made a huge difference . He is always so excited when we bring him there. The staff are super nice and treat him like family.

They are working wonders w my pup who has anxiety! He goes to daycare a couple times a week and has been boarded (it was when a big storm was going to hit the area and they were really good about answering all my questions). They also send an update every other day when they're boarded, which is awesome! He was recently groomed before I picked him up from daycare and w/o ever having talked to the groomer, he came out exactly how I had asked! He's a mix, so his fur is longer in places and different textures (coarse, wavy, straight, .5-3 inches).
I couldn't be happier w the attention and progress they're making w him, eps after his last daycare kicked him out for his anxiety (which wasn't present in past daycares until the last place).

Our pup loves daycare at Wagly. The staff all know him by name and he loves visiting not just his four-legged friends but also all the people who work there. It’s much easier working long hours when I know he’s having fun and getting exercise.
