BeKaizen Solutions is the best cabinet assembly company in the business. They fulfill their promises, and go above and beyond for their customers. Their scheduling system is one of a kind. If you give them the proper information, you will not be disappointed. They have pulled off more than one miracle for me. From the office staff to the delivery driver, they go above and beyond to help their customers succeed.

I have used Bekaizen Solutions for many of the kitchen and bath projects that I have done over the years. I have 24 years of experience in this industry and I must say that I am always impressed. The staff is amazing and they really are passionate about customer service. They almost always exceed my expectations. They really take a lot of the pain out of the process. Accuracy is important, and they have saved me money by catching the occasional mistakes that I have made. Bekaizen Solutions has been an invaluable part of my process the last several years. We ( My Client and I) have been waiting on a hood that was ordered over 7 months ago Order Number # 000000102. I have ben calling and sending e-mails for about 2 months and have been informed that the hood will be shipped twice now, and still have not received a tracking number or any concrete information nor the hood. Debbie has been very patient and has been trying to see what’s going on with this hood and seems like Matt is not performing to our expectations he’s never in the office, I have asked he call me, and no calls have been made on his part.

This was a Tenant Improvement, and our client was looking to finish this project and has been patient, but this run thin. We were not looking for a refund we wanted the hood. I understand from Debbie that the original contact for the hood did not produce, but that another hood was obtained from another company, but that they had no trucks at the time for delivering the hood to either me nor Bekaizen nor my client, which I find unbelievable. We would not recommend them to be a trustworthy company to any one, nor will we recommend them to future clients and Projects, with this experience. And to this day I still have no information on the delivery of the hood.
