Walked in and was greeted by Tammy. She addressed the two questions and during our conversation Nap provided additional information. As a retired educator, I really appreciate the service and assistance I received as I continue to learn about how to care for my jewelry. During the conversation, I also learned I could have a new dream accomplished … having an additional piecing which Elaine completed with care. These three ladies truly made me feel special. This has been the best experience I’ve ever had. Tiffani is so amazing ❤ Words can’t even come close to describing how amazing she is. Like she’s truly the definition of what customer service should be like 💯 Like I’m overwhelmed with happiness. Even weeks prior to me having to arrive in Georgia for Military Training, Tiffani was actively engaged in helping me plan my customs design with me and my options. Her communication is the best ever and she always answered all my questions and always kept me updated on what was going on with my customs design. You can tell she cares about all her customers and making sure they are satisfied ❤ She even made it possible for me to have it right on time even before I had to leave to go overseas and made sure my design was perfect. 😊 honestly, all the employees there are so kind and welcoming. I have been to many Kay locations but based on my experiences have settled on this little gem. The people at this location have been super friendly and helpful. They reverberate with kindness and a super easy charm… nothing is forced. Tiffany is my favorite. Whether it’s buying an item in store or a custom design, they never fail to help, educate and even recommend regardless if their recommendations will decrease the sale value. It’s obviously a store but they value the individual and build friendships in the long run.

Couldn't ask for a more gorgeous ring. Still waiting on my wrap, but this simple band and diamond are impressive enough on their own. The ladies who helped me buy my diamond and pick out my set are very kind, informative, and did everything in their power to get me the best quality product.

i have been to this location on several occasions. The level of customer care is above any others. All of the employees are so caring and professional. i have been to many other Kay jewelry stores around the country this store is the best kay jewelry store.

This store has always gone above and beyond for my husband and I. When I first went to this store we were just engaged. Now we will always come back to this store for all our jewelry needs. There are some great people who work here!!!

Recently I went into the location on Dallas Highway looking for an 80th birthday present for my mom. I had the pleasure of working with Adrian. He did such an amazing job! He was so professional and really listened to what I was wanting and he really helped me with the process from beginning to end. I was really impressed and to make it even my better, my mom is completely in love with the necklace that he suggested. I look forward to working with him again!!

Just came her with my family, everyone was so nice! Especially AJ and Elaine, they're very kind and personable. Did their best to make sure everything was doable and fit into our financial plans! Definitely recommend

I was frustrated when I arrived because this was the second Kay I was looking for within the hour. But as I explained my situation, and they took time to get on the same page I was on, I calmed down. They calmly and kindly explained my options and even helped me put my necklace on. It was worth the trip. Grateful.

I have visited this store twice in the last two months and have had an amazing experience each time. The staff is welcoming, fun and knowledgeable. It's not often you find a place that turns you into a permanent customer solely off the quality of the of the service.

I have been going to this store for years. I have gotten to know at least 4 different managers there. They have all treated us with respect and kindness. Those who say they are rude and pressuring...my guess is it was a bad day for all or the customer was rude, impatient or misunderstanding. I never go anywhere else and I don't want to. I don't even go to other Kay locations. We have bought birthday gifts, anmiversary, Christmas, built mother's day Charmed Memories bracelets, etc..

This one is home. In fact, this is the store that helped us rebuild my engagement and wedding ring into beautiful ring. It took about 5 different sessions. They never tried to get me to replace them with a whole new set they were selling. They knew it wasn't what I wanted. I get compliments all the time because it is not like anyone else's.
Building that ring is how we really got to know them and the great people they are. Like I said, it feels like home and they are now family.

Great experience at this Kay jeweler in Marietta. The staff was more than knowledgeable and so personal. This is a store you feel good about your forever purchase!

My wife and I purchased jewelry from the 3625 Dallas Hwy Ste. 705, Marietta, GA 30064 location. And the staff were the Absolute Best. The manager, Elaine and Tiffany were extraordinary at every level. We are certainly customers for life, due to our pleasant experience.

We have worked with Elaine at this location to purchase jewelry, and to have our watches repaired for years now. Elaine is extremely helpful, engaged with the customers needs/wants, and thinks outside the box to resolve a sale, or a watch repair issue. She provides ongoing updates with watch repairs which we appreciate very much. Last, but not least, Elaine is very pleasant, professional, and fully engaged with the customer. Thank you Elaine!

Great store. Everyone is very polite and kind. Didn't feel rushed at all by staff, they took their time with us and made sure we felt heard and saw lots of options. Claudine was especially amazing!
