PPS Security helped us out with heightened security for the Brats, Brews & Bands Festival on Sept. 11, 2021. We were unable to find overnight security guards for three nights to watch our Festival equipment. PPS stepped up to add additional stops for an affordable price to help us make sure our equipment was safe and secure. They conducted the extra security checks and sent a report each morning. PPS was also very responsive and supportive of the fundraising event.

Before hiring PPS Security Guard Patrol Services we had daily issues with transient folks camping on company property, leaving trash, drug paraphernalia, etc. These problems escalated to the point of calling the Olympia Police numerous times, but by the time I found the messes the folks were already gone there was nothing they could do. I felt helpless. I put up a No Trespassing sign and it was ripped down that night! We considered installing cameras, putting up a fence, we even installed very bright lights to try to deter people but with no luck. Employees were feeling unsafe if they were in the office after dark and I knew something needed to change. After speaking with the folks at PPS I felt like there was hope. Now that we have had PPS provide security patrol services for almost a year I couldn't be happier! They are excellent! Very professional and friendly; I get an emailed report daily and they send pictures if anything seems out of the ordinary. Employees feel safe now! They are also very affordable and we have had only one small incident with a couple folks camping out and they notified me immediately and asked the folks to move along, which they did without issues. If you are considering PPS or looking for security patrol services, go for it, you will not regret it.

The owners are extremely easy to work with, friendly, and fair priced. The fact that they have been in business for over 30 years gave me the utmost confidence to work with them for my security needs - a decision I'm glad I made and would do it again in a heartbeat. I'm one lucky gal to have these good folks watching out for my storage complex. Consummate professionals with a great customer service mentality in front of their law enforcement skill set. My most recent experience with them found me on the wrong side of my storage company's locked down gate. In a tiny little panic I didn't know what to do untill I remembered that a security person would probably be through soon enough. Well I got hungry waiting. Reluctantly I ventured a call to PPS security. After I confessed my unfortunate situation and revealed myself as a real miscreant I waited for the following to unfold...I thought surely I was about to get written up as a no good tenant then get a serious talking to about my life and the direction it was going...down hill! Then, after promising to enroll myself in the 'scared straight' program( no, not what your thinking right now 🙄) they would reluctantly let me out.
NOT what happened!
They immediately put me at ease by ensuring my situation was more common than I had thought. No problem, they would come as soon as possible and let me out. And THAT, did happen! I'm very grateful for the protective presence PPS provides around my storage and my town. Its surely needed anymore and its nice to see members of my community getting the opportunity to help guard it. Thank God for a free market society. When public officials drop the ball, capitalism has a chance to grow😉 LOL.

I work at one of the sites PPS secures and let me tell you they are a group you can count on. Very communicative, very response and very flexible. If there is an event running late and past normal closing time Brian and PPS go above and beyond to accommodate that . There isn't a night where I don't feel safe and that is because of PPS. I highly recommend this group . I'd like to personally thank Brian and staff for their hard work I truly appreciate it.

I have been in both the security field as well as the Law Enforcement field. I am a retired Police Chief and also a former Security Commander. I have also done security contract acquisitions. In doing so I have heard all the nightmares people have dealt with with lesser companies.

I have known Brian for about 35 years. During that time I have interacted with is company several times. I responded to help his team and they have responded to help me.

It is very difficult to started in this field and even harder to stay in this lien of work for 4 decades. This is an industry where lots of companies cut corners to get contracts, they sometimes hire folks that are less that dependable.

Brian has remained true to the industry, and himself. He always try's to improve, which is tough because he is at the top tier already. But as long as I have known him he has always provided quality services. This has never been a job for him, but more like a way of life, that he takes tremendous pride in.
