Fantastic service here. Came in a little overwhelmed on what bed to purchase with lots of questions. Thomas and Chris walked me through various options, was not pushy at all and answered all my questions with sending a detailed breakdown of all my options. Got to think over my options over night. Came back next day and both helped me out to make my final choice. Highly suggest, BEST mattress place in town!

Ive been living in the area for about 6 years. During this timeframe I’ve had to purchase mattresses on 3 separate occasions. I’ve bought all of my mattresses here because they always offer the best quality products for the best deals (I’ve done a ton of comparisons with other places). Although the workers there have changed over time, one thing that remains constant is the best deals. They will continue to be my go-to place for my mattress solutions.

Had a very good experience shopping for two twin mattresses at Mattress Firm in Woodinville. The manager Chris was really helpful in helping me up select the mattresses that would be most suitable for my needs, and at a good price. The delivery was well done and very prompt. The two delivery drivers were friendly and professional in their manner. All around, very pleased.

Excellent customer service! I was on a long search for a new mattress and so frustrated with buying box beds online and being disappointed later. Chris helped me out and was a great listener and offered super valuable insights on mattresses and adjustable frames. Highly recommend!!!

We walked in and were greeted immediately. We were helped by Chris and he told us the features of each type of mattress. He let us try them all as long as we liked until we picked the one we fell in love with. We also got the holiday sale price.

I bought two queen mattresses from Zach. He was professional and gave us a great deal. We had a problem with the third party delivery service they used and Zach was.on top of it and took care of it and was honest and straightforward about the issue. Chris and Thomas were awesome. We got the newest Beautyrest with the Adjustable Base. They were extremely patient with us, being a big investment for us, we wanted to try all the options before our final decision, they were not pushy and were very down to earth. After a very nice talk, Chris was able to find us a very convinient deal. We are so happy and can't wait to get rid of that ridiculous Ikea fake foam mattress.

Zach listened closely to our needs and was able to put us on to a mattress that fit our desires and pocketbook.

The delivery crew was also first rate and courteous. They had the old box spring and mattress out before we knew it and the new platform and mattress all set up. It all took less than 15 minutes.

Walked in expecting not to buy anything. Chris really helped us find exactly what we wanted and we proudly walked out with everything we needed and a delivery date set! Chris the store manager is an awesome guy and really cares about the experience and your sleep. Will be coming back for any mattress needs.
