Elevation Chophouse & Skybar

My husband and I hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner here on 12/1/2023 for a party of 30 and my experience was every bit of PERFECTION! This was possibly the best customer service I have ever encountered. The drinks were amazing, and the food was to die for! My friends are still talking about the salmon and steak! The staff was very friendly and everyone in my party had a wonderful time. From the start, communicating with Shanna was awesome! She replies quickly and gave me all of the information I needed without me even asking mostly; including the many options available for different budgets. She was incredibly helpful and all questions and concerns were addressed by her effectively. I am very happy to have hosted at Elevation Chophouse and am looking forward to returning someday very soon!

First time here and we were blown away! Super cool place, we were seated upstairs against the window so the kids were constantly entertained by the ever busy runway.

What I didn’t expect was how friggin awesome the food would be! Everything we had was top-notch. The cheese sticks (disks?) were obviously hand made and delicious. The steakhouse chips and queso was fantastic, though the portion for sharing was quite small. Our server recommended the brisket with peppercorn sauce, it was outstanding and pretty huge. The potatoes au gratin were amazing as well. I tried a bite of my wife’s burger and what the heck — it was probably the best thing on the table!! Well seasoned and high quality beef done right.

All in all we had a great time and great service. Yeah its pricey but at least they deliver on quality, freshness, and overall experience.

We took our boy to watch planes and enjoy a nice meal at Elevation Chophouse. The Coffe Rebbed Brisket was awesome. The views of the runway and the hills are always special. The service was friendly and helpful.

I surprised my husband with this location and he LOVED IT! The entire time there he continued to state he wanted to return! The bartenders drinks were made with love ❤ and our waiter’s customers service was AMAZING, he was super chill even held great conversation with us and was still able to tend to other tables in a timely manner. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was just what we needed ❤

Brunch is where it’s at here. Served Saturday and Sunday, the brunch is quite affordable and offers great daytime views of an active runway. Fun place to take kids who love planes (daytime preferably as it gets fancier at night). They don’t have a “kid’s menu”, but can do chicken tenders and fries if you ask. Our server Allie was awesome on our last trip too.

Very good food! Right off the runway, so you’ll certainly see planes and helicopters landing and taking off. Service was great. The price point feels like it may be a little high, but honestly the food and drinks I received were well worth it in my opinion. Definitely a good date night spot.

Ethan provided excellent service for my birthday brunch this morning. We all enjoyed our meals including the El Jefe, Southern Fried Benny, and several orders of flavored pancakes. The $3 mimosas were great and my birthday bread pudding was even better :) thanks for the hospitality and great experience, Elevation! We will be back!

We went here for my daughters birthday The customer service was immaculate. Our waitress was amazing she went above and beyond. The food is a little pricey and I thought it would be more of a fancy/upscale atmosphere but it has a good vibe. The French fries are great. Love the fact that the runway is right outside the window so you can see planes land and take off.

Went to dinner at Elevation with my sister. We made reservations for 5pm but were one of 3 customers for about an hour. We ordered the cheese dip as an appetizer and it did not disappoint! It came with tortilla chips, bread and fried tortillas. Would definitely order that again. She got the Teriyaki Salmon which came with grits and asparagus. The salmon was great but the sides lacked flavor and seasoning. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fries and would without a doubt order it again-pure perfection. The mixed drinks were as to be expected. The atmosphere was so unique. It was entertaining watching the planes take off and land. Our server Bailey was helpful and attentive. Can't wait to go back with my husband.

We had a reservation of 10 people for my birthday. I was excited to experience this place. I heard it was a nice place to go. It definitely was and I’m glad I got to go. The atmosphere was nice. Staff was really nice and the server we had was so kind and patient with us. I highly recommend going just for the view of the planes taking off the runway. The food was great and big portions for brunch was a great surprise.

Our mid tax season getaway had to include a brunch and Elevation Chophouse didn’t disappoint! The environment is very cool as you watch planes land, refuel and take off all while enjoying great food. They offer $3 Mimosas or Mary’s which is a great deal and they don’t skimp on the pour which was very pleasing. Josh and I then proceeded to carb out. Starting with the hot honey biscuits - which should be ordered by all. The biscuits are served covered in honey with this light creamy butter and we’re simply heavenly. Next we ordered the Deep South Benny and the Blueberry French Toast going for a little salty and sweet combo. Guys let’s start with the hands down winner. If you like biscuits and gravy you’ll love this version of Eggs Benedict. The gravy was a creamy, thick sausage gravy that was pour on top a two fluffy buttermilk biscuits. The French toast was good but was a tad dry for us.
Our only real disappointment was that those with tables by the windows kept lowering the shades which made it harder for others in the restaurant to enjoy the planes. We absolutely loved the experience and plan to return soon.

Visited this restaurant for dinner with my lady and was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was spectacular with beautiful window views of planes arriving and departing 😎. The hostess at the door was extremely friendly and courteous. Our server Bruno went above & beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable evening. Can't say enough great things about him. The chicken parmesan, mashed potatoes & steak entree were cooked to perfection. We'll definitely be back, I highly recommend it 👍.

We flew in for my dad’s bday and ate here. The food was absolutely amazing, everything we got was prepared very nicely and the service was awesome, our waiter Ethan was super friendly and professional, would definitely recommend him. Also the old fashioned bread pudding was spot on!

Yesterday I took my husband to Elevation for his birthday and what a beautiful experience. My waiter, Liam was the best! The food was A+++ quick preparation and nice presentation. If your looking for a nice romantic spot this is the place. We had an amazing view by the window. We will be back…

My hubby surprised me with a romantic dinner by the runway for my birthday. It was absolutely amazing. Eating dinner while watching the planes land was a great experience! The food was great, the drinks were delicious. We both had a wonderful time. I definitely recommend.

We took our family to Elevation to celebrate Christmas. The atmosphere was gorgeous with the Christmas lights and decorations. The waiter- Jake was very attentive and great. The food and drinks were amazing as usual!!! The Tuscan steak was so tender that it melted in your mouth. We have been going to Elevation for years and it never disappoints!

Unique dining experience since you can watch helicopters and small aircraft land/take off, right out of your dining window. I only gave 4 stars for service (slow), but since they were not rushing us, we didn't mind, as it gave us more time to look at the aircraft! Highly recommend for a unique Brunch experience.

Great steakhouse in a cool location. Wasn’t crowded. The service and food was really good. Also koodos to the drinks 👌
First time at this restaurant and been to many steakhouses. I was impressed with this one.
