Needed new windshield wipers. Irma the GM helped me get the right size. She not only put them on my car in the freezing rain, she showed me how when I asked to learn. She was great!

I had purchased a new car battery at a separate location, I called this one up and they said they could get my battery installed, no problem. The employee was waiting for me when I arrived and had the battery installed me and had me ready to go in under 10 minutes. He was super nice and friendly, as well as informative as he answered the few questions I had.

What an amazing customer service experience! Good customer service can be hard to find in America, but great customer service can be even rarer. Thank you so much Oscar you’re doing a great job buddy. It’s great to go places where they treat you like more than money in the cash register.

My car broke down just around the corner and i had no idea what to do and was dead in the water. I walked to the store to get some guidance and Oscar took it upon himself to walk with me to my car and help me figure where the problem was coming from. Oscar was just getting off so he offered to give me a ride to the corner body shop. To have someone who was willing to go above and beyond for another person he just met is the something the World needs more of. Your store is very lucky to have this guy!! Thank you Oscar!!! -Billy

Great location for getting what you need to fix your ride. This location was very clean and well lit. The gentleman who helped me greater me kindly as a I entered and was super helpful in finding me the right part I needed he even was thoughtful enough to ask if I had the special tool which is needed for this particular part removal.

Had to replace my windshield wipers and the guy at counter easily knew what I needed and assisted me by putting them on. Courteous and helpful! Thanks!

Desperate for a battery at 20 till 9. When I pulled in there were only two folks working, fortunately I knew exactly what I needed, I told her my make model and battery that I needed to buy. She told me she could not help me change the battery, they are not allowed. I told her it was fine I could do it myself. Just tell me what I need and I'll get out of your way. Unfortunately I needed a wrench and a socket, which Ashley was able to provide for me. I got my battery changed out and they were kind enough to wait until I was finished. I kept them 10 minutes past closing, but Ashley was very nice and very polite, and made sure that I was okay before she locked the door. I will definitely be back. Thanks Ashley!

I always shop here and thought it was time to say thank you. The staff here is always friendly and helpful. I trust I can send my wife in with a problem and they will take care of her. Went in today to have battery checked and while doing that they noticed another problem and asked me about it and I’m getting it taken care of this place and staff are awesome again thank you

I have been here a number of times (live real close by), and I have never had a problem. Always friendly, and go out of their way to be helpful. To the person complaining below, I understand being aggravated that the store is closed for remodeling, but to give them a bad review over something that is completely out of their control is ridiculous and short-sited. The store itself had nothing to do with your issue. Complain about their online ordering system if you like, but this location did nothing to deserve a bad rating.

When I walked in I was immediately asked if I needed help finding anything. Even though I could have found it myself I was in a slight hurry so I told her what I was looking for. She took me to the product, recommended one, and I was done. Very happy with my service.

Every time I come here staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. If they don't have something on their part shelf they will order it if they can. They carry oil transmission fluid, windshield wipers, headlamp, brake and blinker lights air freshener, valve cover gaskets, Alternators belts and many other things for your car.

Washed our vehicles by hand and wanted to paste wax both before winter. Found some turtle wax here not many choices I guess everyone is going to the spray wax but I'm old and like to apply it by hand. Vehicles are 4 and 5 years old paint is in good shape but the wax job gives them a good layer of protection from the winter weather.

I came into this store for the first time the other night. I was greeted by a employee named Davis he went above and beyond and provided great customer service and was very knowledgable and was able to help me with everything I needed. All in all very impressed with this store.

My bike went flat. While waiting on the bus, I stopped in to the Auto Parts store and asked the attendant if they had fix-a-flat for bikes. Ten minutes and my bike was ready to ride again. Dude knew his stuff from top to bottom. I was done before the bus came. Smooth!
