McDonald's

Went thru drive thru at 8pm on a Friday night. The line was long but the cashiers were very fast and surprisingly happy. The food was fresh and I was even thanked for visiting. Came here and ordered thru the app. The food was fresh however a quality control lookover didn't happen. They served me undercooked nuggets in which I threw away.

The manager was an absolute butt with no respect. Very rude and made it very uncomfortable. They didn't give me my coffee so I drove back around to get it. When I asked them at the window if I can get my black coffee she said WOW! With a nasty attitude and look of disguise because she is an African American and insinuating I'm racist. I only said black coffee because I like black coffee with nothing in it.

They are all the same. Good food. Never know what to expect as far the service.

So this McDonald's has a new kiosk where I was able to order and pay for my meal without a cashier. What's great is I had a choice of ordering my french fries with no salt. I also ordered 2 kids meals for my granddaughters. After I ordered and paid I took a number and sat down. Within minutes my food was carried to my table.

This was not the fastest McDonald's but I must say I as the best! I went through the drive through and ordered 2 sausage mcmuffin meals. Before I drove towards the pickup I noticed that the cashier had taken it upon himself to ring it up as 2 sausage mcmuffins (2/$4.49), 2 hashbrowns (2/$2.??), and 2 drinks. That move saved me more than a few dollars! The window was slow for pickup but I think it's because through window person had to package the food and run the window. I would definitely stop at this McDonald's again!!

I usually go to grab a bite to eat and charge up my equipment. They say its a 30min limit when dining in but usually theyll let me linger a bit longer and I'm very very thankful for that. If you're gonna go tho, go early in the day or a couple hours before close because this place stays busy. Other than the that the foods good and I have no complaints.

I just would like to say that I normally come to this location and the customer service isn't really that bad . but yesterday me and my wife came and there was a young lady that took our order that demonstrated excellent customer service and she had a very welcoming and pleasant attitude. I believe she had black braids and bracelets on . We got to the window she repeated our order it was accurate, & she was very kindhearted upon speaking to us . Food was fresh and hot ! We tipped her 20$ . Will come back to this location again very soon .

I actually really like this McDonald's. The employees are cool af and I love that. I like when a establishment can have down to earth employees and even management. But it's clean everyone is always in a good mood and they stay open later than any other one around. I give them 10 stars. Oh and their frappe machine is always working. Lol

Saturday very early morning, went to pick up my mobile order (MC griddle, hash browns and coffee) drive through - young male at the window verified my order - all correct, informed me coffee creamer is in the bag and wished me a good day. Nothing to complain :)

Lines are long but they have good customer service,and they are very clean

They were extremely busy, but it was not a long wait. Excellent service, great prices and the staff we dealt with at the drive thru were very friendly.

I come here everyday after I get off work towards the night and get the same items of the menu in drive thru . 6-count happy meal and a large filet-o-fish meal with a sweet tea . Normally there's a lady with long blonde hair that takes my order and I hadn't seen her in awhile . But She was there yesterday, and honestly her order taking skills are amazing . Her disposition is so chilling & satisfying! She always makes sure it says cook-to-order on the receipt . My food is literally fresh and hot every single time I come here . Customer service all together is a 100 for me ! I wanted to tip her 50 dollars but the manager said I couldn't!! Love coming to this location though , I never have to wait in line a long time. 5 stars!! Keep up the great work .

My food was perfectly made and hot. The drive-thru line moved fast. Less than 5 mins from order to receipt of my food!

Not the best visit to McDonald’s I’ve ever had but that cold frappe was right on time!!!

I had the best experience at MDs. For about 2 years the folk and food was nasty. But the staff and management were super clean and really pleasant

Came here at 1:13am on 7/4/2021. I was very impressed with Terry’s customer service. Although there was a long wait time his professionalism made up for the wait. His sense of humor and ability to empathize with me made me give this place 5 stars. I’ve visited this location on several occasions before and was not impressed. My encounter with Terry has changed my outlook on this location. I will definitely be visiting more often. All McDonald locations need more employees like Terry.

Rating system based on what you'd expect from a McDonald's, not overall food quality compared with regular restaurants. Came out hot and fast, and order was accurate.

The manager here is very nice and welcoming! While the younger crew always seem to miss items from my order overall this location is convenient and always clean!
