Trying to re-open after C-19, it is by reservation only and when we went on a Wednesday afternoon we were the only customers. Great place, and I hope they get enough business to survive until a vaccine.

Little kids, big kids - we all love it. The staff are friendly and the food is good.

We celebrated our daughter's BD yesterday. This place is very cool, every 15 min they turned off the lights and do the light show!!!! We liked so much. Kids did not want to leave. The staff was awesome. Thank you for making it that day more special.

Def recommend. Perfect for mixed ages and large parties. Celebrated my daughters 11th a few weekends ago. We had kids age 3-13 and about 30 kids! Both of the host were tentative and kept us on schedule. They were able to adjust due to the large size and split us into two party rooms to eat (adults and kids separate. Genius). We were able to check in on the kids since the rooms were right next two each other. Also split us into two sets of laser tag to accommodate. Every kid had fun even the parents jumped and played. Location was spacious, clean and not crowded. Our party was at 5 on a Saturday. Can’t wait to visit again!

This review is regarding our last visit on 3/3/2018. We have been at this Launch twice so far, and both times we were impressed. This is such a pleasant environment for our son. At this location, the young men and women, as well as the manager, were all very polite, organized and interactive with the children. We have made this our “Place to go” for our son and his friends.

I was there enjoying myself with my grandson birthday party and the place alive with fun, laughter, and various activities for all ages to venture. The service was 5 stars and the staff 1st class! Really 1st class🥇🏆. I recommend for all families and friends your children will have lasting memories.

So I agree with the 5 stars ⭐ for staff ..my son was celebrating his 6th birthday we purchased the MVP package and can I just say best place to have a party for kids ! Lauren was assigned to us and she was phenomenal she made it so easy for me to set up and assisted me with every need-she was courteous-quick to respond and just the best !! The staff is awesome 👏! The best service and super fun for the kids !!!! Highly recommend them. And this place is super clean and very well maintained.

What an experience. We were helped by Jesly from the moment we entered until the moment we were leaving. She made the experience so pleasant and heartwarming. It was our first time there and she was great. THANK YOU JESLY! This is a really nice place to come in with the kids. They will have so much fun and you as an adult will tooo. I went there for a birthday party for my daughter. We picked it from a serach result, read some reviews (good and bad, of course), looked at pictures and decided to give it a try. With all things here and there, I would say my family and our guests loved it.
Overall, the staff were friendaly and helful, but our party host, Carmela, was a 5 STAR. She new what it takes to please her customers, with a very polite and respectful manner.
Hope to visit it again see ifvtget stood to their service.

I had an amazing time at launch! I’ve never been to a trampoline park and I’m happy I chose this place. I was honestly surprised by how many activities there were at the place like and an arcade, obstacle courses, dodgeball area, basketball hoops, and my favorite was the rock climbing walls. The staff there was extremely helpful and nice during my whole experience. I will definitely be coming back very soon.

Irvin and his staff are great team players. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to have a great time with there family and children. By the way Kaan the cook made one of the best thin crust pizzas I've had in a long time hands down great for food family and fun.

Hosted my daughters 8th Birthday party here. Lanaya and Mayah were great host. They keep the party on schedule and made sure everything was excited flawless. Even set up my party decorations that I bought to use. I highly recommend you host/visit this location. It wasn’t super crowded either.

Our six kids 8- 15 yrs. old and parents had a blast just jumping. It wasn't too crowded for a Sunday. Attentive guest services however floor near drinking water fountain could be kept dryer since everyone's in their socks. We used Groupon and will be back.

Went to the "Launch", the trampoline place for a birthday party & it was AWESOME!!! So many trampolines, trampoline basketball, dodgeball, a strategy jump & duck game, a covered foam pit & more! It's a great work out for the kids & adults too! I wasn't sure where to turn in (GPS), but it was in the back of this shopping center with the red tops!

My Grandbabies enjoyed theirselves. And their Daddies and Mommies participated and enjoyed themselves too

My daughter had her 10th birthday party at Launch Rockville, and it was a great experience from planning to the party itself! The kids had a great time, the activities and variety of things they were able to do were so fun, and our party helpers Jesley and Lanaya were wonderful! Thanks for everything and we'll definitely be back many times.

This is really a 4.5 star review (couldn't put that in) since the kids had such a great time at the birthday party! The half-star was lost due to computer issues that occurred when trying to set up the Launch birthday party invite which resulted in me just creating my own invitation on Evite. But Launch was gracious enough to provide $50 discount on the party for our troubles. Our party hostess, Niyah, was absolutely fabulous! Extremely helpful and kept the party room activities moving extremely efficiently. As a note, a lot of our guests found the facility hard to find so if you book a party here make sure to send specific directions with your invites.

It was my daughter’s 6th birthday today and Gabriella was our helper. She was so engaging and detail oriented and made my work so easy. I cannot seem to thank her enough. Good job
