I was referred to Premier motors in Rockville Maryland. I have to say that when meeting the owner, the procedure that was explained to me on the repairs that I was needing on my Porsche was very easy to follow. I highly recommend this auto shop! He was very professional, very helpful & had great prices. I will definitely come back. Bobby G.

Mr. D the owner is a friendly and respectful man. He has been working with CARMAX and the local police for quite a long time. I've been here for two visits during the past few months to get a state inspection and an oil change, and both of them were satisfactory. The shop is also very clean and organized, and has plenty of parking space in front it.

The owner of the place took the time to do my inspection even though I had gotten to the place unannounced. The process only took 40 minutes. He was extremely nice and professional. I’d recommend to call before you bring your car since this is a pretty busy place.

I was happily surprised by how nice the owner was. When I called he spoke clearly and answered all my questions. When I brought the car in he gave me a free inspection and beat the price of a competitor (chain company). The job was done quickly and well.
I am definitely bringing my car back here if I have anymore issues.

Went in for a window tint inspection on my previously-owned (out-of-state) vehicle. Customer service was friendly, efficient, and straightforward. The shop is a little out-of-the-way but well-kept and nice. Prices (for inspections, at least) are reasonable and match or outdo prices I've seen elsewhere. I will likely be back and would recommend this shop to others based on my experience.

I've brought my two cars here at least seven or eight times. The last time I came in with a Coolant warning light on. They fixed it and didn't even charge me. They are always super helpful, honest, hard working, and great to work with. I won't bring my cars anywhere else.

Very impressed with Premier Motors. The efficiency, the price and overall experience! Our catalytic converter was broken and Dikran called over 5 places to get the cheapest price for the part. The labor fees are very reasonable and the work done to our car was absolutely amazing! From here on out, this will be the place where we get our car done!

The person I dealt with was amazing. I wish I asked for his name but it didn't cross my mind. Sadly I couldn't get the work done because it fell under warranty and Carmax didn't do their part. So upset over that but I loved how he explained the whole process. Which was amazing to me because he could have just handed me the key and let me go. So thank you very much and I will be going there for any future service for my car!

We've been bringing our car to D for the last 6-7 years. His prices are very competitive and he fully explains every action he takes. It's a short walk to the Metro or the Rockville Square if you need to wait, and I can't recall the work ever taking longer than the time I was quoted. He's always my first call when I need vehicle maintenance.

I have been with D and his staff servicing first my Passat and now my Prius for a long time. They are consummate professionals, and the types of auto service people you remember growing up with - trusted partners in ensuring that your vehicle is running safely for reasonable rates. I have recommended Premier Motors to my friends and family and will continue to do so. Great office manager. This is our second visit. Made special arrangements for my family when we got stuck with an overheating Honda. Even though most of his customers are pretty "well-off" he treated our family and '93 Accord with kindness and attention. Very clear and no pressure. Very comfortable and reliable shop.

Excellent Service!!! Just bought a pre-owned car from VA and was looking for an autoshop to do the Maryland inspection. I was very concerned about potential fraud as I was not willing to pay any additional fees. Saw all the reviews online and decided to drive to Rockville from Silver Spring. Unfortunately, I forgot to call ahead for an appointment. "D" was gracious enough to squeeze me in despite. After 30 mins, my car was given a clean bill of health and I was out on my way. Though there was a mild issue with my rear passenger tire rotation, he fixed it at no additional cost. Sincerely, I am a skeptic with autoshops but this guy made me a believer. Trust me, the reviews are as true as they come. I definitely plan to go back there if there is any issue with my car and will confidently refer my friends too.

Very professional staff and great service. I had the hardest time finding same day service for a state inspection. This company took me in as a walk-in and completed the inspection in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company if you are new to the state and need a state inspection.

These guys are great and trustworthy. I have had problems with my 08 aveo and these guys have taken care of it every time in a timely manner. I drive in from DC during rush hour just to have Premier look after my car.

Just had a state inspection done (moved to MD), but it was nice and clean, the staff was professional and courteous, the time estimates were spot on, and just overall the experience was good. Make sure to bring a smartphone and a cup of Starbucks though b/c there's nothing nearby for several blocks to keep you occupied while you're waiting.

Great service! My car repair was completed in a timely way. All my questions were answered and I couldn't not have been better treated.

I needed my alternator replaced, I had my car towed there around 10 and picked it up at 4. Quick service, I would definitely come again for service.
