Great Wall Supermarket

Great Wall Supermarket have a wide variety of products from Asia. I was really impressed with their produce selection. Everything looked very fresh. They also have a lot of different cuts of lots of different fish, beef, chicken and pork. There were also several check out lines open so we didn't wait long. It was a great experience and I found everything I was looking for. I would recommend this supermarket to anyone looking for something different than your mainstream supermarkets.

Love the design of this place and that you can pretty much get whatever assortment of goods that they have available.

Plus, I love it when they make funny faces on their fruits. I can’t think of any other grocery store that does that in America.

Also, who would’ve thought that shiso leaves could be found in a grocery store like the Great Wall Supermarket!? In Memphis, if you’re lucky, you could only find the dried ones.

Now let’s hope that they would sell fresh umeboshi at this market down the road.

I make the 35 minute drive out here at least once a month to stock up on my Asian necessities like rice, noodles, sauces, whole fish & other seafood, Asian snacks and fruits, and other goodies.

I like making a pot of soup on a weekly basis, and this is the place that I always buy pork neck bones for soup. Pork neck bone soup with lotus root, or winter melon, or carrots and potatoes and dates.

You can usually find all the fresh ingredients you need for cooking soup and Asian dishes here. On the most part, the quality is okay. But you will notice that there are some foods that aren't as fresh. You just need to know what you're looking for and choose wisely. Many people shop here, so their workers are busy adding more items.

There is a small food court in the back of the grocery store, but I've never tried their cooked foods before. There are many good restaurants in the nearby area, so we always eat something delicious whenever we visit Rockville, before going to the grocery store.

I only wish this place wasn't so far of a drive for me.

This is an excellent Asian supermarket where you can get a wide variety of fresh produce plus seafood ( live fish, shrimp, squid, crab, you name it). They also have a cooked food counter where you can get dim sum, roast duck, roast pig, etc. During busy times, the parking lot gets a bit crazy, but you can manage with a bit of patience:-)

This place is amazing , you can buy all the vegetables you need to have a very healthy meal .
Not only that, every product is described very clearly for your information .
Definitely a place for everybody to go shopping .😁

If you are a live fish lover then this has the cheapest Tilapia then lotte and then H-mart

It has a lot of noodles which I am not very educated at but overall a good place for Asian foods and fresh sea food.

It can be busy, so decide your timings accordingly

GW has a food court. It has been taken over by East Pearl. The typical Hong Kong Cuisine Restaurant. If you love dim-sum，you will enjoy it. Stop by, you won't be disappointed!

Great Chinese market in the area serving fresh produce! Highly recommend for those seeking delicious dried ingredients, snacks, and other groceries.

An abundance of Asian goods, everything is clean and plentiful, a huge selection of products, a lot of vegetables and herbs, a lot of seafood. The place is great

I recently visited The Great Wall Chinese supermarket and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The store is well-stocked with a wide variety of authentic Chinese groceries, fresh produce, and delicious snacks. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent customer service and answering all my questions. The prices were also very reasonable compared to other specialty supermarkets in the area. Overall, I highly recommend this supermarket to anyone looking for high-quality Chinese ingredients and products. I give it a 5-star rating without hesitation!

A Chinese grocery market with a wide selection of Chinese grocery, snacks, frozen foods, meat, seafoods, beverages (No wine or alcohol). There is a food court that serves Cantonese dishes.

They just have a whole load of vegetables and dry goods this is a great place to shop for Asian food.

It’s a very spacious place to do grocery shopping, very quiet and clean.

I love going into Asian markets! There is such a wide variety of food, especially fresh vegetables. Also big selection of seafood, pork and the occasional supply of frogs. Also black chicken is available
