Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bountiful, UT

We went there because our AC stopped working in our house. It was so hot that we couldn’t stay home. So I decided to make a reservation online for that same day while our AC was being fixed and was lucky that there was a room available.
The receptionist was busy on the phone with a customer when I arrived at the front desk to check in, but the manager came and helped me not wanting me to wait and gave me the keys in no time. He was very nice and friendly and so concerned when I explained to him why we were staying there.

Yes there was a renovation going on, but we had a good stay. The room was super clean and modern, the furniture is all new and comfortable. Variety of free breakfast. We couldn’t hear any noise from the people working with the renovation. The room we booked also came with a pull out couch bed so it was perfect for us.
My kids had a good time.
I am definitely recommending this place.

Joseph helped me and my mom. This is one of THE BEST customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I have stage four cancer and came down for a 3-day bout of treatments and scans from a different state. This can sometimes feel like a fiasco because of everything I’m going through. But Joseph, the man at the front desk, was so personable and nice. He made me and my mom feel so much better. He even helped walk us out after our first visit to the front desk.

Thank you so much for your kindness to us. If I still had my own business, I would offer this man a job. Wow!!!

We got the honeymoon suite, and everything was fantastic! the staff was very friendly and nice. we had left a box on the counter, they kept it safe for us until we came back looking for it like 2 hours later.

Everything in the room worked and was clean, including the hot tub. The desk chair was ripped on the seat, but we didn't need or use it, so it was fine. All in all, a great place to stay.

Oh and the breakfast the next morning was pretty good. A standard array of juice, coffee, milk. And a warming tray of hot biscuits, gravy, and eggs. Muffins (though by the end there weren't a lot left), cereal, oatmeal, and yogurt I think.

our room was quiet, very comfortable, the bed was like sinking in to a bit of heaven yet the pillows were not all that good. bring your own. the staff was friendly yet not knowledgeable about things to do in the area. the breakfast needs more FRESH foods and not all prepared. in addition, one more thing- the bedroom area in the suites, needs to have a clock of some kind. Otherwise, my boyfriend & I greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

Really a nice place to stay! The location is ideal...close to Interstate; quiet, warm, and inviting atmosphere. Beds are amazing and the room layout and space is ideal. This hotel is so clean and is a well designed building. Staff is very attentive and available. Pool and warm breakfast are so appreciated! I highly recommend this hotel.

Location was easy to get to, right off the freeway. The rooms were very nice, clean, and we'll kept. We reserved a room that turned out to not be what we were expecting, but after talking to the front desk, they moved us to a different room that suited our needs better. The pool was fun for our whole family. We really liked the cookies at the front desk. I didn't visit the breakfast, but the rest of my family did and they said it was good. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

So I haven’t left a review in a while perhaps it’s because there wasn’t any reason for it🤔
But today I must review my stay at the Country inn.
First off walking in you can say finally some quality by how the foyer was set up and maintained, then it happened as I was approaching the front desk I was greeted with such quality gracious hospitality by The GM Craig Hixson!! He made me feel so welcomed and He went above and beyond to present His Inn as A home for visitors . The room that I stayed in was an upgrade that Craig allowed me to purchase on the spot, he made my experience a 10/10 I felt like a son of a King so grateful for the service and will be back as I am permitted to. In general my experience in UTAH has been glorious. I Thank Jesus for Kind People.

I've stayed at Country Inn & Suites several times over the past 10 years. A couple things are always consistent-- I love their hot tub and their management! That hot tub is always perfectly hot, and management is always fair and customer oriented. I've always had a positive experience with this hotel.. that's why I keep coming back!

Awesome place to stay! It was my first time actually booking a hotel room myself and the ladies at the desk (especially Becky) were SO wonderful and helpful. It had a very friendly and inviting atmosphere. Nice pool and hot tub (plus it’s open 24/7) The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable! All workers were very kind and helpful to me during my stay. Hotel is also right off the freeway so it was easy to get to and get out of. Also close to many nice food places!:)

Stayed the night with the family. Staff was great and very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice, clean and big enough to fit all 6 of us. The breakfast was surprisingly good and had lots of different options. We also had a good time in the pool and hot tub.

Great experience.... purple are friendly, rings are clean.... the prices are good (as long a you go trough 3rd party booking - but that's true for all hotels), there is complimentary breakfast (can't say how good it was a I don't really eat breakfast when traveling). Generally it is worth staying there

This is our favorite place to stay. The pool is 24 hours and the breakfast is great. The rooms are amazing and can accommodate a larger group with the family suite. Very impressed by the willingness of the people to help. I'm so glad we decided to have our daughters birthday party here. Check out the pics. Thanks for making memories with us.

The pool is open 24 hours! If you have kids then stay here. We stay every trip up North. Its 10 minutes away from Lagoon and they usually give you a deal for that. They have free breakfast and it's pretty good. Everything from waffles to fresh fruit. The rooms are always clean and the staff is the most friendly and helpful there is. Again, the pool is open all night! Its indoors and there is a jacuzzi adjacent so you can sit in there and be close enough to see your children swimming in the pool. They have a workout room that looks into the pool as well if your family wanted to do both at the same time and be able to keep an eye on where everyone's at. The rooms have a mini fridge, microwave, and blow dryer. It's very close to the freeway exit and near several good restaurants and a couple of gas stations. It's always felt safe in the parking lot and the rates are almost always the best deal for the room size.

Just wanted to say thanks to Craig and the staff for holding our "abandoned luggage". We left a suitcase in the parking lot, and didn't get Manager Craig's note until several hours later. Our schedule was tight so he graciously held it for four days until we came back through. We ended up staying there for two nights, and really appreciated the clean rooms, comfortable beds and wonderful selection of breakfast options. Definitely on our "recommended list"!

Stayed here for a family weekend. The rooms were clean. The kids loved the pool. And you can't go wrong with a full service breakfast with waffles, biscuits and gravy, etc. I would recommend this play for anybody needing to stay in the Bountiful area.

By far, the nicest room we stayed in, on a 2 week vacation, with absolutely the BEST breakfast!

We ended up at this hotel through a 3rd party site, as an Express Deal. Wow!

Our room was very spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. Even as an Express Deal, this room was a suite with living area and desk. It made our decision to stay here all the more pleasant .

But when breakfast time came, we were treated to what, at first glance, was normal hotel stuff, but we soon realized it was kicked up a notch or 2. Link sausage (that was properly cooked and not greasy), veggie omelets (yum!), berry fruit bowl, and even rosemary potatoes! And also all the other waffles, cereals, danish, etc you might look for. Fabulous!!

Very clean and functional rooms. Far enough away from freeway we never heard anything from that. Kind of a quiet portion the street is on so there really wasn't any noise from that either. Front office people very kind and helpful. Same for the breakfast people. Nice size breakfast area and variety of options. 24 hour pool and spa so no worries abut getting back to the hotel too late after activities to hit the hot tub and unwind.

So much good to say about this hotel. Amazing, spacious room. Great breakfast, with meat, lol. 24-hour pool and hot tub access! Great front desk service, though really only checked in and out, they were not sassy like other hotels we have stayed at. Quiet, even though it's right next to the freeway. I will definitely plan on staying here again if we need a day or two away from the house, our stay having occurred because it was our anniversary weekend. I can't imagine anyone not being delighted by the quality of this hotel.

What a great deal!! And during the holidays! We were driving through Utah and found this amazing property online through Southwest Airlines. When we arrived at the hotel late at night and I saw that it was next to the freeway I was disappointed. BUT, the check-in was easy and Beth at the front desk assured me that we would not hear the freeway noise. She was right! We stay at many hotels and look for bargains along the way, and we rate this hotel one of the top three best deals and room layouts in our opinion. The bedroom had a door on it to separate it from the rest of the suite. It had everything we needed and was very clean. Most importantly, the staff was equally as pleasant. Beth was there when we checked in and still working when we checked out looking fresh as a flower, still with a sweet disposition and a good conversationalist. I appreciate leaving a hotel feeing happy.

I felt compelled to write a review after reading several negative ones. Yes, the carpet in the rooms was stained and old, however I found the rest of the accommodations very nice! Klove (I think I spelled it right!) greeted me at the front desk and was very pleasant and helpful. Poor thing had to pronounce her name and spell it several times on the phone with other customers which is how I remembered it 😉 The breakfast burritos they have are okay but I was just excited to have a warm breakfast (only served on weekends). I don’t know if they had a wider selection for when I got mine there were only a couple in the warmer. The one I had was just eggs and potatoes. If they read this my only suggestion would be a little more variety (bacon or sausage 😉). Otherwise my stay was great!
