Anthony was terrific! He explained the new system thoroughly and took the time to show me how the upgrade would improve efficiency. He knew the business And thoroughly explained the differences between each computer I was interested in. Great experience at Best Buy!

This location is currently going through its remodel phase which will bring more open spaces and the removal of the DVD/CD section as a result. The people here are usually helpful however, with the holiday season, staff seems to be short handed and finding someone to help you might take some extra time. I have used this time to buy most my products from the app in the store and have it shipped to my home. For things that I need right away, I have done the in store pickup and just go to the counter. They don't really like that because now they have to pull your items quickly, but I feel it is better than chasing someone down.

I walked in and was looking for a screen protector and Brandon walked up to me asking if I needed help. Brandon did a great job looking for the correct screen protectors for our phones and took his time installing them. He was super friendly and helpful and gave me options when Best Buy didn’t have the screen protector I paid for.

I had a bad experience trying to make a simple purchase back in November where I was mislead to sign up for a BB store credit card and the online customer service could not aid me in this matter; although, I received many seemingly genuine apologies. I was afraid to return to the store to fix this issue but Donte, the store manager, listened to me carefully and resolved my issue in less than 5 minutes. In reality, the grief and effect on my credit score was not worth the compensation but he very well could have just said no. I am truly appreciative of this gentleman because he took action and I feel like I can finally move on. Thank you so much.

This Best Buy is great. They have good stock on everything you need. The service was also very good. Lauren was extremely helpful in quickly helping me with all my problems and to find everything I needed within minutes! I highly recommend you ask Lauren for anything you might need help with.

Came in to pick up an on-line order on December 23rd. Efficiently pick up process, no waiting time and with smile by the young lady at the service desk. Truth is I've been coming to this location for years and have always received excellent service.

I had a mail order return. The process couldn't have been more smooth. I did not have a return ticket or receipt. The looked me and my purchase off a SKU on the shipping box and there was no problem with the return. I had even purchased it half points and half credit. They returned it the same way. My points were rewarded to my account as was the credit portion. I was amazed! I was in and out within five minutes.

I went there to the Geek Squad section to get my laptop fixed. While it seemed like they might not be able to fix the problem (because it is not something fixable), they still took my laptop and spent more time than usual trying. When they could not finally they apologized and did not charge me also. I would say great service.

Anthony Garay is your superstar. He gave me first-rate service and I will always recommend him. He should get a raise and a promotion to supervisor

In February 2023, I purchased a HP gaming computer. This item was intended as a gift for my child, so it was expensive. In less than a year, the computer has completely shut down. I walked into the Rockville, MD store frustrated. I was fortunate to find an angel waiting to assist me. He is Lanii. The care I received from this young man was exceptional. He listened attentively to my concerns and provided expert advice on the necessary repairs. What impressed me the most was the transparency and honesty exhibited throughout the process. His exceptional service, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction has earned my trust and loyalty. Regardless of the outcome, I intend to remain a loyal customer. Lanii certainly deserves a commendation There is no match for him.

Had some issues with a brand new out of the box TV that had technical problems. Took it back, Julio and Claudia were great in helping me fix the problem and switch me out for a replacement. Patient, understanding, and personable. As well the guy that help me unload and the tv in and out of my vehicle was great too (sorry didn't get his name). Hadn't been to a Best Buy in a while, even though this location was close by. Will return definitely based on this experience with the staff. Thank you!

I want to review the GEEK SQUAD team inside best buy. I took in a chrome book to claim, their service was best to none. They helped me find my information, set the claim to Samsung, pack my return and get my new product in 2 days. Wonderful warm personnel, amazing costumer service. Thank you GEEK SQUAD!!

They didn't know what a Data saver plan is for an external hard drive

I came in to trade in an old device in which another location said wasn’t accepted even though Best Buy’s website says that they do. Aaron was able to locate the device in their system and complete the trade in for me. For this reason I ended up making my purchase for a new phone in their store. Thanks Aaron and team for the great experience. I am enjoying my new phone.

I spent good money and I got good service, thanks to one of the manager.

Milton was a fantastic. He was very knowledgeable of the product and even carried on a more detailed conversation about other products as to why choosing the product was a good deal. Helpful indeed!! Product was out of stock BUT helped me with ordering and I received it in a few days.
Great experience, the wait was longer than expected but Milton's help made me forget about standing there for assistance go away.

Surprisingly they have high end audiophile grade speakers and amps. Much better than other bestbuys in the area

Great customer service. I went here to buy my phone after being dismissed by the T-Mobile store in Rockville. I wanted to buy my phone outright and Best Buy allowed me to do that. T-Mobile would only allow financing. The customer is always right.
