Gustavo's Scratch Kitchen

We were in town for a wedding and ended up here twice. Once for drinks after dinner and the next day for lunch. The bartenders were friendly, and the service was great. The next day, we tried the food. I fell in love with the French onion soup grilled cheese. Their menu is the perfect size, and the servers were just as nice to talk to as the night before. We can't wait to go back.

This town was a last minute stop for us, and we wished we had found it sooner.

Lots of little shops and restaurants, including this one, we had the Bruschetta followed with a Pepperoni pizza pie, it was delicious, the sauce on the pizza was more on the sweeter side and not the sour saltiness you sometimes encounter.

Came for lunch on a Friday. Pretty busy but seated immediately. Our server was great, food was delicious and came out reasonably fast (got pizza, bruschetta, and salad). Will stop by again when in the area!

Yet another fabulous pepperoni pizza 🍕 from Gustavo's. I've been coming here for years and think it's amazing. Their other dishes are equally great but I generally gravitate towards pizza. I would like to add that they also have a fantastic spicy Caesar dressing that you should give a try. It goes equally well on their Caesar or House Salad. ❤ their staff.

Amazing & delicious pizza! Staff was friendly & helpful. We went with the pepperoni & mushrooms with white sauce. One of the bed tasting pizzas I’ve ever enjoyed! They also have a very good selection of beers & ciders. The garlic knots are out of this world too! Enjoy!

Amazing!! Get the cheese rolls and the marinara sauce! The server was very friendly and did a great job. The food was outstanding!

Excellent pizza in a casual bar setting. We enjoyed their seasonal salad with balsamic, apples and strawberry as well. It was a perfect compliment to the spicy delight of the Chaz pizza. Nice variety of cocktails too.

Arrived for dinner and was seated right away. I had the Pesto chicken Pasta and it did not disappoint. Very fresh ingredients. The pizzas looked great and the strombolis looked and smelt awesome. Staff was courteous and friendly. Definitely worth a visit if ever in Dahlonega!

I'm not sure why the ratings aren't higher here. There were 3 in our party and everything we ordered was phenomenal. From the amazing Italian pretzel, and the meatball appetizers, to the outstanding French dip sandwich and the BLT caprese sandwiches. We also got the cheese overload pizza which was quite good also. I personally prefer a thinner more NY style crust,but that is just personal preference. The service was great as well.

Everything was amazin, from the fried ziti to the Philly cheese steak, then the pizza and the beer cheese that comes with the appetizer is amazing! Everything that is made there is in house! The garlic butter was amazing the ranch was great! In the server was very attentive! We will come back the next time we visit!

Great pizza here! When you’re hankering for something like a New York style pizza, this is pretty close.

A couple of the best sandwiches we’ve ever had in a cute little Georgia mountain town. Docked a star for service only because they were a little under staffed. The servers did the best with what they had!

We got a small Stromboli with all of the meats for us to share. The two of us barely ate half of it. So the portions were amazing. The Stromboli was so good. We also had amazing service that night.

Busy pizza place on a Friday evening, and we didn't even try the pizza. We were craving fettuccine so we go that plus the baked Ziti bites. We were saddened to hear our waiter say the place had sold and had only about a month or two before closing. He said the new owners were going to take the space below, as well as the little burger place out back and turn it all into a brewery.

The bartender was amazing. We went to get drinks while waiting for a friend and the hostess told us it'd be an hour wait time. The bartender let us eat at the bar, which helped us skip it. We asked him for recommendations for drinks and he nailed them out of the park. Definitely try his apple spice cocktail and Old Fashioned if you can!

Great food and HUGE portions! The picture of the calzone does not truly show how MASSIVE it is. Pretty good service. Most of the waiters/waitresses are excellent but I've had a couple so-so waitresses. But don't let that discourage you! They were still friendly and the food is excellent.

The service was good, no complaints. I was surprised by how good the pizza was. I would visit again. The closing time is early.

We were unable to eat there because of an allergy, but it looked very clean and food I saw looked wonderful. I left a bag there and they saved it for me. I was very grateful. Even though I couldn’t eat there they were so nice and helpful.

Omg . This is the best restaurant in Dahlonaga. Service was above and beyond excellent. Food was so dam good it wasn't funny!!¡ Meatballs were giant and tasted so dammmm good!! Mixed drink were excellent!!!
