Grateful Days

I just loved the sales person, Susan, who we met yesterday. She was so gracious and helpful while we were taking photos with Grinch who was standing sentry outside.
Naturally, we went in and found wonderful items from the 60’s and 70’s. Shopped till we dropped!

We were so excited when we saw this adorable shop on our recent day trip to Dahlonega! We could smell the Nag Champa as we walked past and knew it was a place we wanted to check out.

The shop has multiple rooms, downstairs and upstairs, full of super groovy items! In addition to having such a wide selection of items, the shop is decorated super cute with bright walls and ceilings and tie dye everywhere.

There is one room dedicated to all Grateful Dead merchandise. They have more gypsy/hippie skirts than I've ever seen in one location, plus other festival-wear type clothing. They sell lots of cute windchimes and prayer flags and other decorative items as well. One room upstairs is filled with band t-shirts and memorabilia. There are plenty of items for kids to choose from as well. Our daughter picked out several items for herself and also enjoyed making a drawing at the little art desk they have set up downstairs.

Other items available include incense, oils, soaps, and other aromatherapy products. Unique jewelry, headbands and scarves, socks, purses and backpacks, magnets, signs, mugs, Baja blankets and ponchos, and so much more! There was retro music playing and Betsy was helpful and friendly.

Lauren was an absolute pleasure and we appreciate all of her help looking at the different incense! We chose a very cute mushroom incense burner and some nog chompa!
The entire place couldn't be any cooler, we love like every single aspect of this cozy store!

As an old Hippie, US Marine, and Naturalist, I gotta say: I LOVE this store! 2 Stories of funky goods, Dead Head merch., and for the women, plenty of clothing. If you're a 60's or 70's child (which means you're also about 60 or 70 now) - then you're gonna LOVE this store as well! Be aware it's a bit full, and there's usually some nice incense burning (which I like, but some folks don't) - and it's fun just to browse, if nothing else. However, I encourage folks to buy at least a little something (I like the butterflies! - but do pack them well for travel!) - if for no other reason than I want to see this store keep on going. A truly funky experience for anyone with some soul inside. :-)

A must stop if you are in Dahlonega for the day or live in the area. All your bohemian needs will be met here. The store is large and fully stocked. The store itself and its merchandise are laid out very well for those who just have time for a quick run on a lunch break to get a needed item or items. The store is also a great space for just browsing with no set time limit. This is a must stop place if shopping with family and friends. There is a little bit for everyone of all ages. Reminisce an age-old decade to be had or make new memories through great conversation when shopping with others that can create laughter and happy moments. Grateful Days does have a wide variety of clothing, accessories, and gifts for your friends who, like The Bohemian style or those who collect nosalgic items that reflect the lifestyle of the sixties and seventies. Their price range is on both ends. If you see something you like and it's not in your budget, keep looking within the store, you will find something comfortable at a low-end price point. A lot of items seem to be han crafted as well. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I’ve been looking for such a store in my town but it’s not quite like this. I fell in love with this cute little funky store full of goodies. This is about a 2 hour drive but I look forward to my next visit just for this store (seriously).

I love visiting this store. Everytime we go, we find something new, exciting, or unique.

Update: there's another store just a few doors down called Dahlonega Rocks with the same owner and it's just as amazing. Smaller store, but super cool finds. I spent awhile looking at Sabbath, Bauhaus, and items from other amazing bands. When I went in to Grateful Days today, one of the staff (I unfortunately didn't catch her name) was helping style me and she was a delight.

Grateful Days is a must go! It's in a beautiful area, and has a ton of cool items. I got a shirt from one of the Dead's Halloween shows. The staff are super kind, also.

I love Grateful Days! If you are in or around Dohlogna Georgia I highly recommend that you stop in and check this unique treasure out , because you will not be disappointed. The owner was very sweet and helpful which makes all the difference. Deadheads and Hippy vibes for days and days🍄✌❤🧡💛💚💙💜🤘🍄

Grateful Days is a must stop every time we come to Dahlonega. They have all kinds of great band t-shirts, jewelry, candles, totes, blankets, women and men clothing, etc. Just a fun store to walk around and check out, and they have some cool gift ideas for teenagers and young adults

I've bought a few things, including a wonderful sandlewood oil. I love the selection at the store! They have beautiful earthy/ hippy items, and the prices are good too. The owners are also really helpful and so nice! I go in every time I'm in Dahlonega. It's my favorites shop in town!!!

Was in Dahlonega for the day and this was an amazing store! The employees were so kind and helpful. Loved hearing ghost stories about the store and it’s history.

I was in town from out of town. I dont remeber the owners name but she was very helpful. She helped me with my mother's day gift, which my mom loved. Thanks again. Hopefully i can bring down my parents next time. They would love it!

A wonderful hippy chic store. Had a very nice selection of ladies blouses. Some good graphic band tees, but would’ve appreciated more.
