Accent Cellars

My wife is a wine connoisseur, me not at all. So I’m writing this review with her words. Very friendly staff today. Wasn’t crowded so she was greeted quickly and they put a plan into action. Her first time coming here and she loved the wine. She got a flight of white dry wines recommended by the wine maestro and happily enjoyed them on the covered deck. There’s a small creek that runs beside the deck and there is also another small pavilion with a picnic table. This establishment allows food to be brought in and they are dog friendly!

Wonderful and personal experience, the owner and workers care deeply about their product and are very knowledgeable. The attention to detail is profound, from having the ends of the wine label be shaped into the state of Georgia, to crafting their ‘AC’ initials into the cinnamon sticks of the vermouth wine bottle and having the map of Dahlonega crates into their logo! Best winery in Dahlonega for an intimate setting, and they have a few winery cats roaming around which are so sweet!

Today was our first time visiting Accent Cellars and Winery in Dahlonega, Ga. and definitely, it won’t be the last.
The atmosphere is great, their wine is excellent and when you add Kelly’s professionalism and knowledge of their wines made our visit go from a pleasant surprise to a great experience.
Definitely the 5 Star is well deserved!

Pup friendly. Great location with a beautiful creek view. We ordered the tastings and had to buy one bottle before we left. There’s some resident cats, do not be surprised. And sign up for the wine delivery service.

My family absolutely loved this place. They host classes for yoga and painting, probably additional hobbies as well. Prices are fair, dog-friendly and beautiful. Tyler was knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. We absolutely love this winery and would come back any time. Thank you all so much!

We saw the 5 star rating & had to check it out. Tyler provided superior service & knowledge. We enjoyed chatting with him about different types of wine. We can't wait to do the winemaker's reserve tasting another time.

My wife and I were in Dahlonega for the weekend looking for something to do and came across Accent Cellars; boy howdy are we glad we did! Not only was the wine selection second to none for Georgia the service was out of this world. Tyler guided us through an amazing flight and introduced us to Wanderlust which was a delightful surprise. Definitely will return the next time we’re in the area.

My girlfriends and I spent a weekend in Dahlonega exploring several wineries and Accent Cellars was by far our favorite! Tyler was the best host and made our tasting experience memorable, enjoyable and informative. We will 100% come back! Oh, and the wines are SO GOOD!

We had a group of 11 and as a large group we were all able to participate with the same tasting. We had an incredible experience from the moment we walked in! We were greeted by the sweetest winery cats, and given a great tasting demonstration by the winemaker himself, and enjoyed ourselves on the beautiful back patio. We toured three other places that day and Accent Cellars was by far our favorite due to the hospitality of the staff and the delicious wines! Highly recommend :)

There's a reason they have 400+ 5-star reviews! My wife and I stopped in today, our second time here. Despite lots of foot traffic (a Saturday afternoon, prime time), we still had personal service and the venue is laid out in such a way that you never feel rushed.

Had a pleasant couple of minutes chatting with Tyler as I was paying my tab. You can tell they love the science of the wine and love what they do.

Do yourself a favor and stop in.

My husband Dennis (newlyweds here) and I had the most amazing tasting with Tyler this past Saturday! This was one of the absolute best experiences I have had in my life. Tyler was the perfect balance of knowledgeable, personable, hilarious, and professional. Our tasting was so fun and the wines were such great recommendations. I loved learning about their process and the history of the business. I left there raving about how I wanted to come back and invite friends. This place is a must-go in Dahlonega. You will not be disappointed! This experience is totally worth it and the art work in the building is pretty dope too. 😉 Thanks for an awesome start to our weekend!

Accent is the best place to be in Dahlonega. Tyler the owner is very involved, kind, and can answer any question you can think of about wine and how their business got started. It is more than worth scheduling a tour with him. We have now visited many times over the past couple years and cannot find another establishment in the area that matches the warm and fun atmosphere they have. Will and Kelly are also wonderful and kind and so much fun to talk to while sampling their delicious wine. I have never had a bad sip and will continue to return every time my family and I visit the area. Give them a try !

What a great winery and patio setup. They have vineyard cats that live on the premises and roam inside and out so if you bring your dog it needs to stay on leash. Our dog enjoyed the cool shaded deck and we got a great tasting. They have over 15 wines to choose from and the baristas were amazing and very helpful. There is hot food prepared here, they just sell some charcuterie meats and cheeses. Tons of space to spread out and enjoy.

Really attentive and helpful staff and the wine was delicious. We got a flight and sat out on the deck overlooking the river and it was a lovely afternoon. Even our dog enjoyed it!

This place is fantastic for a visit! Tyler is very passionate and professional but knows how to show everyone a good time. We enjoyed a wine flight while soaking up the atmosphere on this beautiful property. Inside and outside seating with games everywhere and a very casual atmosphere. Purchased wine and beautiful art from Tyler’s sister before leaving. Will be back with more friends!!

We came to Accent on a rainy day and the experience made up for the weather! Tyler was great. Knowledgable and friendly. He went above and beyond answering questions about the wine but also making suggestions about places to visit in the area. We'll be back soon to sample and learn!

My wife and I went with family and friends and had a great time. Kelly was very knowledgeable about the wines, was very professional and provided great service. We’ve been to other wineries in the region and their wines are, truly, the best. We liked them so much we bought bottles of the 2021 Rosé Gold and 2021 Roussanne to take home.

Absolutely stupendous! My mom, aunt, and I had a “wine maker’s reserve tasting” and Tyler was an absolute gem. He’s one of the owners and is so informative. All of the information was presented in an accessible and friendly way. Their whole production in environmentally friendly. They try for delicious wine regardless of “tradition”. Mom usually goes for whites, aunt usually goes for reds, I’ll drink anything, and Tyler picked something for everyone. This place NEEEDS to be on your list of things to do.

Today we went to Accent Cellars. We were a group of 8 and we arrived by 2 pm. We were the first ones in at that time. We were happy to see how accomodating the young lady was. We were sitting at the patio and she made sure we were comfortable and warm. She is very knowledgeable and explained everything about the wines. Furthermore, the wines were superb and we were allowed to bring snacks. We are definitely going back and we are looking forward to take our children and grandkids since they have an area for children. Accent Cellars exceeded our expectations and we will visit often. Thank you for the great time and service.

This was our first time here and I was blown away by the service, the wines, and the overall experience. I want to star by saying, I reached out to the place through IG and they accommodated my request to set up a tasting later that day. Talk about service!

The guy who did our tasting was knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and showed a great deal of passion what what he does.

The beautiful young girl who was up there as well shared the same passion for the wines when speaking to the customers.

We sat outside at a table because the deck was being used for a private event. We were allowed to bring our own food and listen to the live music.

We met some very friendly people while we were there and shared stories about back home and the wines we were drinking.

Overall the experience was amazing. It was a perfect Sunday afternoon. We will be back soon and hopefully get a chance to be in the wine club.
