Loved walking the sweet park. Steps down to the water are cool. Seashells dropped by seagulls found here and there.

With indoor dining still closed/restricted, and most food establishments limited to take out in Langley, the Seawall park with its benches and picnic tables facing the water is the safest place to bring your (to-go) food to eat.

Bring a nice cotton cloth to drape over the picnic table and make sure you have all you need when you go down to the park (drinks, utensils, napkins) and you are all good. It makes dining in Langley c'est tres chic!

Some other notes:
1. There's a clean public restroom one block away
2. Parking is plentiful on the street
3. Be prepared, tables and chairs might have bird poop on them (regular al fresco dining inconvenience)
4. If a Langley resident is able to read this, please suggest to the city and business council to provide washable table cloths to diners/visitors who would like to eat out by the water. That should encourage people to drive over to Langley and patronize the many food establishments in the city.

gorgeous area during low tide. It was fun watching people with their dogs enjoying the sandy, wet area. Perfect for photos, too.

Nice walk, pretty views. Had coffee at Useless Bay Coffee Company followed by a great breakfast next door at the Braeburn.

A wonderful beach with purple clam shells and interesting driftwood.
My dog was gnawing barnacles off the rocks.
Not recommended for snacking.
The Great Blue Herron seemed almost pre-historic.

Grey whales occasionally stop in to eat the ghost shrimp that live in the mud here. You can watch them turn to their side, scooping up the shrimp and sifting the water with their baleen. They also have a right/left side preference like we do. I used to volunteer at the cetacean museum in Langley.

Very beautiful place. It has tall trees on one side so it's partially shaded which was super helpful on a hot day we went there. Take couple steps down on another side for a swim, water shoes recommended as the rocks below are quite big.

22/10 My bet is that only a fraction of visitors to Langley WA ever know that there is Seawall Park. A lot of ingenuity in a small space. The engineering is phenominal. And many people at the same time can view the Sound.

Very small waterfront park in the cute little seaside town of Langley. It has several picnic and memorial benches facing the water. The rocky beach is accessible at low tide. The park ends at the beautiful Inn at Langley which has a waterfront deck area that is open to the public until evening. Parking is up a ramp in town.

Great day when tide is out. Just be careful going on the sand beyond the rocks. If you're hefty like me, you'll sink faster than a lead weight in water! Lots of creatures to be found and fun.

Lovely short but beautiful stretch of shoreline looking up Saratoga Passage. A stair decent/ascent is required. Find stairs next to the pizza joint and pocket park.

Great beach for families. Quiet, lots of room to run around, a few makeshift driftwood forts to lounge and play in. Shells and sticks and little crabs for the kiddos to entertain themselves with.
