Cupcake Dropoff

Great tasting cupcakes and awesome customer service. My order was placed last minute and I requested an earlier delivery time, and they agreed and actually showed up even earlier. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Red velvet cupcakes are to die for. :)

Used these guys recently for a work party. We ordered 3 dozen cupcakes and they were perfect. The best part was we've gotten used to the small cupcakes that most other companies have and these guys cupcakes were huge in comparison. Cant wait for our next work function to order more!

Everything they make is outstanding. My mom even comes up from North Carolina to get some to take back home everytime she visits. Ive eaten almost every combination they make and have never been let down. It doesnt matter if I have a "special celebration", when that desire to have them hits, I get them. I've even tried other bakeries including a winner of the T.V. show "Cupcakes Wars" and nothing compares to Cupcake Dropoff.

Ordered cupcakes from out of town for my husband's birthday. They arrived on time, and he thinks they taste great. I'm very happy with the service.

This is the second time I've ordered a cake as a present. Things went smoothly each time. Everyone who tasted the red velvet cakes I ordered all loved it! I'd gladly order again.

They are AMAZING. I use then for all magot events for bussness also for bussness. There Sameday delivery has saved my butt many times! Plus there new website relaunch makes everything even easyer than before. It also fix any problems with delivery areas too. It is dummy proof! Been using them for YEARS and will continue to use then for years to come!

They are great I’ve been using them for birthdays for my whole family for the last three years They have all kinds of yummy baked goods and fruit baskets and balloons

Amazing this is my second year returning to them for my fiancé birthday they have the best cupcakes and service too bad they don't deliver to Columbia, MD anymore 😔 I would have been a faithful returning customer if you want great cupcakes and delivery this is the place Thank you Cupcake drop off for making my fiancé day special at work

We use Cupcake dropoff for all our family events. They have the best cupcakes and cakes.

I really loved the cupcakes & that they were deliverd the same day!

This places makes great cupcakes and has great customer service. Couldn't ask for anything more.

If there were zero stars, I'd choose that.

1. never delivered my order (poor business model)
2. didn't respond to phone calls and emails till the next day when they confirmed there was a clerical error (weak capacity)
3. generally not concerned that my best friend didn't receive her birthday cupcakes (poor customer service)
3. haven't responded to any of my follow up emails or phone calls to get my money back. $50+ for one dozen cupcakes - not cheap. (irresponsible, careless)

There are plenty of cupcake businesses around. No need to try this one.
