Family owned restaurant with the nicest staff. The environment is very nice and they let us stay after store is closed so that we can finish eating. And they even gave us some complimentary veggie balls which are super tasty.

Nice varieties of South Indian food. You can dine in or just grab and go. We like to visit from visit from time to time to get some curries and rice. Their Dhaal and chicken curry are extremely good. They have a wide selection of curries and the wait time is usually 15 minutes for anything that's not at the counter. They have some sweets and snacks like Samosa, puffs and a couple of Indian pickles as well. Overall, a nice place to grab some south Indian food.

My rating is based on the most recent experience. Also it seems to be a family run business since I see the same familiar faces every time I go. I picked up some Karam podi, chutneys, curd rice, lassi and husband ordered chicken curry. Idli and Dosas we have tried are good. We have tried a few different things and we are more selective about what we order at curry point now. You can find better biryanis at few other Indian restaurants east side. Our go to Dum Biryani place is Cafe Bahar.
Curry point has good curries and good andhra home style snacks and tiffins. On a side note while we were waiting for our order they gave us a sample of the Indian pizza they are introducing next week. The chicken pizza was really liked by hubby. He said he will be ordering more.

We worked with Curry Point to create our wedding favor bag with fresh sweets/savory mixture. Sridevi garu was very helpful throughout the process and helped us pick the right sweets for our gift box. We also requested that they pack both sweets and mixture in the gift packing boxes we purchased--we are so thankful they were able to do this because looking back at the week of the wedding, there were so many other tasks and to-dos. We ordered badushahs for the sweet box and they are so so good!! Many of our guests messaged us after the wedding on how good the mixture is and asked us for contact details. Their sweets are made fresh in-house and they ensure that all of them are fresh for delivery the day you need them. So glad to have a place that makes home made sweets in Seattle, and we're glad we were able to share a piece of what we love with our guests. Will keep coming back for more! :)

Definitely like this place for its Ponugulu. They are literally the best in town out of all that I tried. They take 15 mins for making the order so if it is a takeout order make sure to order it before hand. The taste was good and decent amount of quantity per order. Will definitely try out other options next time.

Our visit for the Sankranthi buffet was a delightful experience. The food was exceptionally tasty, and the inclusion of Andhra dishes in the buffet added a unique and flavorful touch to the meal. Highly recommend this place!

I went to Curry Point/ Desi Food Plaza after shopping for a long time at IKEA. We ordered egg puffs, veg samosas, punugulu, stuffed mirchi bajji, and mango lassi. The food we ordered was given to us very quickly! The people behind the counter are very friendly, and the snacks are delicious. They were playing the Superbowl game, so the ambiance was very fun! We enjoyed the food and the game. We also took chicken biryani, noodles, and pizza as a takeout for our family. They are very tasty as well. I believe this is one of the most underrated food places in the Bellevue area. I will definitely visit this place again soon, especially during events or occasions!

Excellent south Indian food. Best Idly and Coconut chutney in all of greater seattle. Paneer Biryani is must try. Paneer is well cooked and generously served. Very grateful to Mr. Pandi, who is an awesome chef for preparing such delicious food.

Only a handful restaurants in Redmond/Bellevue serve South Indian Thali.

Curry point is one of the best available in this category.

I wish the curries are bit less spicy so kids can enjoy too.

They have great biriyani.

It is very hard to find good Indian food in Washington, especially biriyani. I went to Curry Point, and was amazed that their biriyani is really in fact true Indian biriyani. They have multiple styles of it. I tried the mutton and chicken ones. I also got chicken lollipop and veg manchurian.

If you crave for authentic Indian food, go here. The dum biryani and gongura biryani are exceptionally good (and spicy). We’ve also had dosa and it has also become my wife’s favorite (along with the chutney). Schezwan noodles is also decent. The owners are also good people and gave us extra chutney and schezwan sauce when asked.

I have been fan of this place for its tasty home style food. This time I tried their special Thalappakati Biriyani, Gongura chicken with Garlic naan & rice. Gongura chicken was very delicious and matched the spicy taste bud of mine, so is the Saturday special biriyani. Note Thalappakati Biriyani is available only on Saturdays.

I love curry point! I get the non veg Thali with sambar. Sometime samosa as well. Where else can you go and get two rice, two curry, sambar, and a bread thingy without spending for full on entree's on a weekday? You can't. This place is awesome and the food is great. Staff is precious so be nice.
