Best post office I've visited. Clean and fast service. 1000%

Crystal is super kind, efficient and helpful. The rest of the staff are helpful as well. There’s always a bit of a line, but it’s clear everyone is working efficiently and are friendly and kind.

Been here a few times, they are always nice and helpful.

I know the outgoing mail is ignored at my house, because a letter I want to send out sits on my box for 2 days before somebody even picks it up.

The 1 star is because obviously one has to be pressed In Order to write a review! These are some of the laziest delivery drivers I’ve EVER had to deal with! Who ever delivers in Schriever needs to either do job or get a different job! It’s not that hard to call the number on the gate at the front of the property and drop the package by the gate like every other driver does!!!!

Worst post office. They always refuse to deliver larger packages to my doorstep saying I live on floor 3 and it’s not there policy to deliver on third floor. Even they don’t attempt to deliver packages at shares carrier mail boxes of apartment.
I had to collect packages each time from post office.
They give any ransom reasons like your mailbox was full, no carrier boxes were available, we are having too many deliveries each day and so on.
I believe this is waste of taxpayers money to have such inefficient and worthless government offices.
I escalated to incharge also filed official complaint but it’s of no use.

I live at the end of the street and the mail carriers that deliver here have a habit of turning around in my front yard rather than knowing how to use the reverse to pull in/back up and leave without going in my yard. Anyone know who I can call to get this stopped?

Absolutely the worst post office I've ever dealt with. My packages are always late and sometimes they won't get delivered when they're clearly on the truck for the delivery day. I've had to contact the post master on several occasions to complain. In this instance, I've had a package sitting at the post office for three days and it has yet to be delivered. This is unacceptable. I usually try to avoid using USPS for shipping or receiving because of the terrible service. I gladly pay a little extra to have my packages delivered properly. Unfortunately, the company I did business with didn't offer any other options.

They literally never deliver mail on time and their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. No one knows anything they are talking about, and our specific mail route person comes so sporadically that I can't even receive essential prescriptions on time. My mail carrier routinely puts my mail in the wrong mailbox and delivers my packages to the wrong doorstep despite clear house numbers. If I could choose a different mail service, I would in a heartbeat.

They CONSISTENTLY make delivery infractions and then won’t answer the phone when you call! Like why! I am convinced they steal packages at this post office instead of delivering them! No one makes these many mistakes. The delivery status keeps saying it’s left at the mailbox and my packages are never there! This is a disgrace!

They lost my birth certificate (mind you I am from Minnesota). I went there everyday for a week straight, and nothing. Tracking said it was there, but the workers were convinced that it wasn't. They claimed that it was at a residential home ('cause sometimes the addresses get mixed up). I went there , b/c I did not trust them to send someone over right away to check. The couple were very nice people. According to them, they never received my mail.

...They then claimed that it had arrived at the Nicholls post office - it wasn't there either. Unfortunately, I do not have the means to travel to MN and get a replacement birth certificate. I decided to purchase a new one. However, after this fiasco, I am extremely nervous about it arriving to this facility. Thanks to them, my passport process is on hold for who knows how long (b/c I still have not heard back from the vital records office in MN).

Every person who works at this post office deserves to be fired. They are the laziest most entitled people I've ever met.

They have been marking packages they are too lazy to deliver as "front door inaccessible delivery attempted" for days in a row for nearly a year now. Then you go to the post office to get the packages and they say "we haven't received that yet" even though tracking has shown it has been at the ppst office for over a week and you know they have it because they have claimed to have tried to deliver it to your door.

I have been waiting for a package that has been at the post office since the 21st according to tracking information. They refuse to look for it at the post office. They refuse to find my package even though tracking says it is in the building.

In April they literally took 3 weeks to deliver packages that had been at the post office since the beginning of April.

Last month they delivered a smashed and empty box to my front door and when I asked why they would deliver that to my door like that they said "it wasn't like that when we left it". Which is weird. Because my front door camera disagrees with them.

Mail carrier doesn't pick up mail, with the flag clearly up. This has happened multiple times in the yr + we've lived here. There are 4 mailboxes at the end of my drive & you have to check all 4 boxes, because they just put the mail in any one of them. I get mail sometimes that's 2-3 months late. Management please manage your drivers. Teach them their job.
