Dixie Confexions did an AMAZING job on my wedding cake. Very beautiful, very fair priced, and very delicious! I got exactly what I wanted and the cupcakes were delicious too! Great family owned business to support. The cake tasting with them was like hanging out with family. They were so kind and customer service oriented to help me get exactly what I wanted for my wedding day. I highly recommend them!

Dixie Confections is the place to go for special event cookies in Blairsville, GA and the surrounding area. The cookies turned out stunning, are each individually wrapped, and very reasonably priced! I would recommended 10/10

Jody is hands down the best!! Everything she makes is incredible. We hired her for our wedding but we go back whenever we are in town to grab some goodies.

Every single thing we ordered is drool worthy! Both of our cakes were incredible. The coconut is the most moist and dreamy thing I've ever eaten. But let me tell you about the cheesecakes... they are to die for!! I dream about the plain cheesecake!

Jody made my wedding cake last year and it was perfect, tasted amazing, and was a great price too. Our wedding cake didn’t make it to our first anniversary because it was so good, so we decided to just order a smaller version this year for ourselves to celebrate! Jody was so kind, and even remembered how our original cake was decorated (a gold topper with flowers between the tiers) and replicated it for us! I was so surprised, and wasn’t expecting that at all - she really went above and beyond! Support this local business, you won’t regret it!

Wow, my wedding cake looked and tasted out of this world amazing! We had 3 tiers, but only cut 2 at the wedding - lemon cake with raspberry preserve filling (so good, guest favorite) and the Italian cream cake with cannoli filling (bride/groom favorite, that filling is so so yummy). We chose to downsize the wedding quite a bit due to covid and honestly forgot we had ordered a cake for a much higher guest count. We came home with the top layer (don’t remember the flavor), which we put in the freezer to save for a later date, and half of the bottom and middle layers described above. We ate cake day and night for over a week and I’m not complaining. It was SO good!

We also got really cute sugar cookies shaped like the state of Georgia (lots of those ended up in my freezer as well) and macrons in a variety of flavors. The guests actually ate all of the macrons before we got to try any, so I guess they were really good!

We absolutely loved our wedding cake from Dixie Confexions!!! I showed Jody pictures off of pintrest with a general idea of what I wanted, and she exceeded my expectations!!!! Not only was our cake beautiful, it tasted DELICIOUS!!! Everyone at our wedding was raving at how delicious the flavor of both the cake and frosting was. Thank you so much for making my "cake idea" come to life!!! :)

Dixie Confexions bakery of Blairsville, GA provided the wedding cake for our daughter’s wedding in September 2021 at The Ridges Resort on Lake Chatuge, Young Harris, GA.
We had sent a picture of a cake we liked to Jody Atkins of Dixie Confexions and she recreated it perfectly. The cake tasted great and Jody did a good idea of estimating the size of the cake needed for our guest count.

Dixie Confexions made our cake! Pleasure to deal with and so accommodating. We had a Covid rescheduled wedding so our guest count went from 200 to 90 people and I was worried we would have a lot of leftover cake. Let me tell you there was almost none left!!! She also made me gluten-free cupcakes amd cake balls which were so good! Definitely recommend!!

Just had a cake tasting today for my wedding cake. It was amazing! Jody is sooo sweet. Went into it not knowing what to expect and had never been there but it was fantastic. Great cakes and frosting. Super professional and friendly. Such a cute shop! So happy I found them. Can’t wait for my wedding cake. All their other goodies looked awesome as well!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars because this bakery definitely deserves it! Absolutely amazing! Best Boston Cream Pie I've ever had! Not only are the desserts incredible but the staff is wonderful and so welcoming, you'll feel right at home. Will highly recommend to anyone and everyone!!!!

I had asked for a special decoration along with special instructions. When I picked up the cake it was perfect and looked so yummy. It was my moms birthday and the cake was a hot topic at the party. Everyone absolutely loved it. Very moist and chocolate icing was to die for. Highly recommend ! Thank you very much for exceeding my expectations!

I have never regretted leaving a bakery and not buying more as much as I did yesterday. Was on a weekend get away and wanted something sweet. My daughter and I chose the cannoli and this morning were wishing we had another. Was pleasantly shocked at how fresh and crisp the shell tasted. The filling was perfect. I will be back on my next visit.

Got the plain cheesecake for my husband’s bday. It was fantastic! The kids ( who live in the Atlanta area) thought it was better than Cheesecake Factory!

I enjoyed the most delicious, fresh authentic cannoli I’ve had in many moons. Every treat looked fabulous and I wish I could have them all!

I got a strawberry cheesecake for my sister and it was delicious. Can not wait to try other ones.

This place is amazing smells heavenly. A must go to if your in the area and if not it’s worth the drive. Highly recommend
