I stopped in on 12/12/2023 to get an Oil change didn't have an opening but the service writer Jacob Kramer was able to schedule me for the next morning which had really help me out . Great Service Department.

Came here just to look at a car I saw online and had no idea what a gem of a dealership this place is. Was very lucky to meet Kimberly, a saleswoman who takes her job seriously and made the whole process a breeze. After we purchased the car, Kim went out of her way to take the extra time (even though it was 6 PM) to walk us through all the features of the car and allowed us ample time to get comfortable in it before we drove off the lot. 100% would recommend this dealership. Very impressed with Dantin Chevrolet. Was looking for a new Spark for basic transportation with great fuel economy. Called Desirae early on a Saturday to confirm they still had one in stock. I confirmed they were not adding any additional costs above MSRP+TTL. She confirmed. Went out to Dantin about an hour later and was out within about an hour thanks to Desirae and James. Exactly as described. I noticed driving home that the steering wheel was slightly off center (from factory). Called on Monday morning to make a service appointment. Took it in on a Thursday morning for 8:00 AM and was out by 8:20 AM. The steering wheel was adjusted correctly. All the staff members are very professional and efficient. Thank you!

The waiting room is comfortable and accommodating, with fresh complimentary coffee always on deck. i never mind waiting there for the bigger service jobs. They are informative, helpful and sincere. Ms. Tina is always tolerant, organized and professional in the kindest way. I always know my vehicle is in good hands at Dantin. Even with all the product shortages and other confusion caused by the pandemic, they have maintained timely scheduling and provided complete service in same visit including well stocked parts inventory.
