Griffin's Louisiana Grille

Farrah was our waitress. She was really great. My mom and I came here to eat the chicken and sausage gumbo. It was really delicious, not greasy like most restaurants, and really well seasoned. The spinach and artichokes dip was great as well was my first time having fried flour tortillas. It's a really nice twist, I find. I saw on the menu they had bread pudding with a sailor Jerry rum sauce(it elevated it so much) one of the best bread puddings ever!

The food was great service was excellent. I had the seafood Platter my wife had the soup and salad. Crowd was small very quiet place.

Didn’t really know what to expect as far as food , but DANG! It was pretty good. Fried pickles were great, fries were yummy and the fried pork chop poboy was REALLY good and so crispy! I will be back even though it will take almost 2 hours, but worth the drive for that poboy!

They have a great variety of food. All that I have eaten has been good

We were visiting from Texas and it was our first time going.. We went in on June 8th and the Thursday night crew did their thing,. Greeted us made sure we had everything we needed the works.. The food was great and it was plentiful! Wish we had pictures but we ate it so fast just know it’s good and you should go!! Everything was cooked amazing!!

Great fried seafood, onion rings and sweet potato fries. Best seafood gumbo around.

My friend and I eat there often. We usually get a half shrimp poboy with a cup of seafood gumbo. The potion is just right and very good. Good service.

Griffins is always good. Great service all the time at the Thibodaux location. Their lunch menu is pretty good also. I typically go for a salad(club to be exact) they come in big taco like bowls. Very good!!!

Stopped in for our first time for lunch today. Best fried pickles I've e er had, best shrimp poboy I've ever had. The onion rings were really good. I left imagining how good the lasagna lunch special would have been. Will definitely be back!

I passed this place all the time never been inside or even thought about going there when someone suggested we get some food from Griffin I said okay to my surprise your food was delicious very appealing to the eye I just had to try more out there lunches and sandwiches as well as suits my God they have food plan for the week specials why don't you stop by and get them a try I know for a fact you will enjoy their food 😉😉😉

Beaning stuck in Louisiana after Hurricane Ida one of the best things is Griffin's, I was lucky to get a room at the motel across the street after noticing that nothing was open or deliver.
The only worth mentioning restaurant was Griffin's. They were truly a lifesaver. I think I had everything on the menu (3weeks) and everything was exceptional, one of the best platters I've ever tasted was the becon wrapped shrimp, But yet their catfish was to die for, their hamburger stake was on point, their loaded potato was the best.
Truly one of the best places in Louisiana and that's from somebody coming from Texas.

Stopped in on a trip to Thibodaux to visit family. The wait staff is so friendly. It made us really comfortable being there. The food was delicious. I'm not a fan of those type of fries but they were ok. The fish sandwich was delicious! The atmosphere there is welcoming and warm. The place is clean and inviting. I definitely recommend.

Stopped in on the way back to Florida. Food was great! My husband and I had the fried seafood platters. Perfect amount of food. All cooked well. Highly recommended.

It was our first time eating at this restaurant. I had the gumbo and a hamburger steak and my wife had the same thing and her sister had the gumbo and everything was excellent. The gumbo was just right. I will definitely be back.

Delicious food! I highly recommend the bacon wrapped fried shrimp, or seafood platter and stuffed potato. Friendly employees and home cooking atmosphere.

I was wanting some real Louisianna food and I got it! Fried shrimp, fried bacon shrimp, catfish it was all wonderful. If I come by this way again I will definitely be coming back.

Excellent gumbo, excellent food, good service. It’s takes a bit more wait to get your food... but you want your food well prepared and flavored, or tasting like it barely hit the grill?

Forget that it is located in a gas station/ convenience store. This is Griffin’s. Seafood great.
I usually get the shrimp po-boy. If you want regular size shrimp you have to request are you will get the small “popcorn” size ( small extra charge).

Got the popcorn shrimp platter with onion rings .... OMG....so good!!🍤🍤🍷🍷
