First time here. Wanted to try their brunch. Beautiful presentation for the entree. Friendly service from Lauren. Would definitely recommend and I would come back

We were in a very large group dinner. I would have loved to have gone back with a few close friends. Should have! Awesome restaurant staff that had their hands full and tied. Overall, great memory!!!

Shortribs were cooked to perfection! The smoked gouda stood out in the potatoes. Just a wonderful harmony. Key note, the waitress seemed either a bit shy or sad. Her energy was low vibrating, which kind of killed our mood. However, she seemed to have come around in the very end after explaining that the strawberry cheesecake only came with a strawberry on top and not a glaze or sauce, which was dissapointing. Yet, I expressed gratitude because I would have sent it back. They should say garnished with a strawberry.

The Rotisserie chicken with herbs and the Perch Burger were incredibly good. The fries were very thin which i don't usually love, but these are some of the best fries I've had on a long time. The food here may come with some price, but you get a fair amount considering the price, and the view from outside is very much worth it. Originally we didn't plan on coming here, but when I saw it's out door seating from across the way, I implored my friends to grab food with me. The staff were incredibly kind and even split up the order of chicken I got to share with my friend so we each had our own plate and serving of it. Incredible service and no regrets eating here

Where do I begin ! This is most certainly a new local favorite. Went for a date night out and I absolutely loved this place. Friendly staff and adjacent to the IPIC theater. I was able to partake in happy hour while waiting for my other party to arrive… $7 margaritas!!! Can’t beat it…and it was actually strong and tasty! We ended up being seated and our server Brandy was amazing, knowledgeable and very untuned with their extensive options. She was patience as well my date wasn’t too sure of what to get but Brandy helped us with offering some really good choices! We started with cocktails YUM! A Rum Punch and El Corazon both were very tasty and moving on to those delectable lemon pepper wings and cornbread ! Our entrees includes shrimp “n” grits and the cavatappi spinach!!!! All were spectacular! I will absolutely be returning to try more of the menu !

Absolutely the best dining experience hands down! From the hostess to the server even the gentleman that brought the food to the table. EVERYONE had a pleasant demeanor The Establishment was very clean the food was delicious. Definitely worth the pricing of the food and the drinks were amazing. The outside dining is definitely an added bonus and the Loft seating is immaculate. This was my first time dining there and I absolutely recommend this place. It is great not only for a romantic day but also if you just want to have a girls day out and get some food and enjoy an absolutely amazing atmosphere. The server, Monica was definitely attentive and she was honest with her recommendations even down to dessert. I most definitely will be visiting again in the near future.

I took my client out for early lunch on a Saturday after she bought her first home and left the closing table @ Classic Settlement in Pike & Rose. My Salmon popovers were fantastic! My son had the French onion soup (big serving that I took home and had for lunch the next day). My daughter and client had the City Perch Breakfast and they loved it as well. Service was excellent and the restaurant is beautiful. Oh but that VIEW! I’ll definitely be coming back to check out their happy hour (heard the drinks are amazing too)!

The food was amazing and the restaurant atmosphere was very beautiful. Our server was good but the bar staff was overwhelmed. None the less they were able to take care of our party. I recommend the restaurant as a great date night.

City Perch is wonderful. I initially came for brunch and ended up having dinner. The staff was wonderful and allowed my friends and I an opportunity to catch up while checking on us every so often. Great food and thanks to Michelle and Phlip for providing great food recommendations and amazing service. I will definitely be returning.

My bf took me here to celebrate me earning my Masters. Everyone was so polite especially our waiter Flash. They were so kind to celebrate me by buying us a round of drinks. The food was amazing, service was outstanding, and the drink snowfall spritz was the highlight of the evening.

Party of 7 for my daughter's birthday. We ordered several dishes to share. Not one of us disappointed. Everything was great! From the service to the ambiance.
Will be coming back.

Update: Returned NYE to celebrate my 55th birthday with my parents, children, brother, aunts, uncles and cousins.
We stayed to bring in 2024 watching the ball drop at the bar.

This place is fantastic... pricey, but delicious!! I have been here twice now, and it was delicious and beautiful the first time, and only improved the second time around! Very classy, but laid back crowd while I visited. I wasn't aware that you could get parking validation, so that made it even better! If you are there for a movie at the iPic, no rushing your last drink, you can just bring it with you!! Lastly, their burger was hands down, the best I've had!!

Great food and great views looking over the central intersection of Pike & Rose. The convenience of the movie theater built into the same space is great for date nights. Drinks are very refreshing

Loved this place. Stopped by here for happy hour. Great food and drink specials. BLT chips w/ scallion dip is a must order. We had the crab cakes, oysters and a couple of beers. Food was reasonably priced considering your at Pike and Rose. Staff was very friendly and attentive. I'll definitely be back to try food from their dinner menu. Parking here is free for 2 hours. Bar itself can fit a lot of people. Definitely one of my new favorite happy hour spots around the Pike.

This place is a wonderful spot. The seared ahi tuna entree was just amazing and the Brussel sprouts were even better, so much so that I didn’t even get a picture of them before my friend and I ate them all. They thankfully check your temperature before you are seated which is nice to see during these covid times. The view was awesome as well from the balcony.
I was lucky to be taken care of by Melissa who was just a wonderful bartender and Donna, the owner who was so sweet and knowledgeable. I highly recommend checking it out on a nice day out!

This is a great happy hour location. We went for oysters and mussels. We ended up ordering the Halibut (great seasoning encrusted on it and WELL cooked) and scallops (also well seared and seasoned). It is located across the hall from the iPic movie theater. You should pregame at the Perch then go to the movies and go back to the perch following the movie. The drinks were strong and service was quick and friendly. I recommend this place. Parking for 2 hours was a little over $1. Not bad at all. The shopping center is safe and aesthetically pleasing to walk around.

Love the atmosphere but hate the music. It's like loud club music (at least when I went at 7:30 pm on a Monday night) when bethesdites are trying to have a nice meal with friends.

This establishment serves the best cocktails I have ever had and has a gorgeous outdoor seating area, along with the very nice indoor seating area too. The bartender was friendly and gave me a good experience. The outdoor seating area seems to be mainly protected from the sun. They have a happy hour food menu too! This is the perfect spot for a date! It is located in the same area as the iPic theater.

Food was good. Went there for brunch. The lunch menu could have been bigger.
