Great place. I mainly come to this petco for my salt water aquarium. They have salt water and fresh water fish. They have quite a few aisles that are dedicated to the aquarium hobby. So if you need supplies, this is a good place to start. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. And whatever they do not know, their resourcefulness makes up for it. They have reptilians and cats. They have a lot of supplies for dogs and cats as well.
Pro tip... make sure to check their website before you make any purchases in person, at the store. I have found that in more cases than not, the price on their website is different than what they are displaying on the shelf and so you will want to bring that up at the counter. They will price match. I have saved $100's of dollars over the years by checking their website first.

Best customer service hands down! The caring an attentive attitudes of the employees, saved me another visit to the vet to diagnose what we(my vet & I) thought was an allergic reaction to medications. When in fact, it was “tennis ball lip burn”. My pup’s lips are getting back to normal as is my stress level. I can’t praise Sarah & Allison enough. P’Tree City Petco is the only store for me & my pooch! Thank you!

My roommate took their cat in to be checked out. We learned he had feline aids and ended up putting him down. The staff and doctor were kind, and very comforting.

I absolutely loved the helpful staff. They were very kind and eventhough they have exactly what I was looking we discovered something in it's place.

Our new family member Mr. Basil Rosemary. He's such a character. Everyone was very helpful during the purchase of him.

They do a great job with problem resolution. Leo, the manager, is very understanding. I once had a coupon for services that couldn't be applied that I forgot to us, and he said he would honor it on my next visit. 3 months later he took care of me.
Also, they pick orders super fast if you order online. Great staff.

I'm so sorry I did not get the cashier's name that assisted me at the front of the store. Her customer service skills is the reason for the 10 and the reason, I would return. She is the epitome of what customer service should be. Amazing attitude and projected a true desire to be there and be of assistance. So sorry I did not get her name because she most definitely deserves recognition!

I really like this place but they are pricey. They usually have deals going on all of their dog treats like BOGO off specific brands, but the price they want for one bag is sometimes too much. They do offer pals rewards that build up. For every 100 you spend you get 5 back to spend towards purchases. But overall I enjoy shopping here over any other pet store.

It's a lot nicer than the other pet stores in the area and they seem to have gotten their live animal stocks up and they're using good breeders because all of the reptiles, amphibians, rodents, etc... are looking very healthy and very good prices. The store is always so clean, stocked up, and the ladies working in their Thursday evening were very kind and very helpful.

I always receive excellent service when I come to this location. The people in each department really do know what they are talking about. I’ve had Katlyn help me with cat food and litter, and was very knowledgeable about the ingredients in the food and what would help my cat’s coat, teeth and development as he was around 5 month old when I started shopping here consistently. Very kind employees. Clean store, and helpful service.

The cashier was very pleasant and helpful. The store was clean and the entire staff was very helpful.
