Family Doctor Clinic of Thibodaux

I have been with the Family Doctor Clinic for a long time and feel that I get the utmost care with the doctors and staff. I highly recomend them for all of your health needs.

Excellent facility and very well run. Your appointment time is the actual time you get to go in. Quick and thorough process and everyone is super friendly.

I made an appointment && the receptionist Brandi was able to get me in the same day to take care of me. She showed just as much concern as i did 😊 Nurse Candace was one of my nurses and she stood out. She is absolutely outstanding, caring and goes above and beyond for her patients! It's always a pleasure visiting them. Will be back!

I had a wonderful experience her. Service and staff were amazing. I called to schedule an appointment with receptionist Brandi M. She got me in on the same day. Nurse Candace greeted me with a friendly smile. She was very knowledgeable and caring. On my way out I was able to schedule my follow up appointment with receptionist Krynesha. Recommend 10/10!!!

Anytime I visit the practice the experience is always positive and pleasant. Dr. Templet and her staff go above and beyond to meet my health needs.

I’ve been coming to this clinic since I was a small child and I refuse to go anywhere else. The staff is kind and professional, Britney and Alyssa are always super sweet and at the ready to help when and where they can. I appreciate them for going above and beyond to make sure I have the best visit possible.

Brandi Millien is simply a staff member that will brighten up your day. My encounter with her on 10/31/22 was pleasant and made me feel comfortable as well as welcomed. She's caring and very helpful. This clinic is fortunate to have her on board... and that smile of hers will cheer up anyone feeling down....Thanks for all you do Ms. Millien !!

This was a great doctors office experience. First time there I notice how wonderful everybody was and kind . Special shoutout to the lady Ms.Brandi when I called to set up appointment when was very kind and very helpful and actually made me feel welcome to come in anytime and i just absolutely just loved her phone experience the moment I called. Then when I came in the doctors did a wonderful job assisting me absolutely great.

I have been going to this clinic for so many years and it is always a pleasure to see the friendly faces like Alyssa Bourgeois and Britney Boudreaux, they are so helpful and always smiling. I absolutely love Dr Fortier he takes his time and listens to me when I am there and gives me feed back on what ever issues I may be having. I will not go to another clinic unless he refers me and prefer to only see him.

The staff here are great! Every time I go, I’m greeted by friendly faces and treated with respect. The receptionists at the front desk are great and make checking in and out stress free. Ms Melissa, Ms Britney, Ms Lauren, and Ms Alyssa all were very professional and helpful. I wish I would have gotten the name of the nurse who helped me today, but I unfortunately didn’t think to ask, but she was wonderful! She listened to me as I fumbled to try to explain what I came in for, but she never made me feel rushed or as if I was being a burden. Dr Guidry is the best doctor I’ve had in my life, no exception. I’ve never been comfortable with doctors because they always focused too much on my weight and not enough on what I actually went in for, but Dr Guidry listens to me and doesn’t make me feel as though I’m crazy for coming in and complaining of headaches or back pains. He is definitely a great doctor.

TLDR; The Family Doctor Clinic is great place to get your primary care!

I had an appointment with Dr. Plaisance yesterday and was overwhelmed by his expertise, concern for my welfare and willingness to take time to talk to me. He was kind, considerate and appropriately a little humorous. I left the appointment feeling like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders because his explanations helped relieve the anxiety I had about my issues.

I always feel like family at this clinic! They always help with whatever I need anytime I call. Melissa Stein has gone above and beyond to help me numerous times with things. I like to always ask for her when I call because she is extra friendly and compassionate.
My favorite doctor is Dr Naul.

My kids were sick and needed to be seen ASAP. Appointment was made and Nurse Candace took care of my boys making them feel real safe and comfortable for their visit. Exceptional staff and amazing service

Only thing better than their patient care is the warm hospitality you receive from the staff especially Ms. Candace who never fails to greet me with a warm smile and pleasant conversation upon my visits. Truly a professional and very sweet woman.

I went to the family clinic today in Thibodaux and the staff was amazing. one lady stood out the most she was a pretty light skin with black braids.i think her name was brandi. Her smile and energy was just everything.!

I went to family doctor clinic recently with my grandma and the lady at the counter was super nice and helpful! I believe her name was Alyssa. She helped my grandma and answered any questions she had while waiting.
I honestly couldn't recommend this clinic more!

I called to get information about the new patient policy. I was very pleased with the help that Liz gave me. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the office's new patient procedure, Liz was very patience with all the questions that I asked and answered them all professionally, she really brightened my day.
