Beautiful hotel. Our room was clean, quiet, and had a nice sitting area adjacent to our room. We got a great night's rest and enjoyed the free breakfast buffet in the morning. Wish we had packed swim suits. There was snow outside, but a jacuzzi inside that looked inviting. Would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed at a lot of different hotels and will stand by this being my absolute favorite! I appreciate each and every one of the staff here. They always make me feel welcome and appreciated. From the time I check in, go to sleep, till I wake up to the best breakfast, they help make every day special. I am truly grateful! ♥ i would try to name them all but I'm sure if leave out someone important as they all are. Thank you so very much!!!!!

Recently stayed here on a business trip. I arrived early (1:30pm) after a long drive from New York. I was pleasantly surprised they had a room ready for me even though check-in time was 4:00pm. The room was great, large and clean. Most impressive was the free breakfast. They had a chef cooking eggs and omelets and also a buffet of all kinds of goodies. They had 4 staff people working the breakfast. All were super friendly and efficient. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Hotel had some issues when I arrived (no water at all in the building for several hours during emergency maintenance, vomit in an elevator- I assume they were waiting for water to clean it). I had to pull teeth to get any accommodation for that on the bill. But when they finally did it, it was generous.

Room was very spacious, clean and well appointed. Every small convenience from USB ports by the bed, low light clock so it's not burning red numbers through your eyelids while you try to sleep, coffee maker, hair dryer, microwave, fridge. Honestly the only improvement i could think of is to have one more trash can by the sink/coffee/fridge area.

Included breakfast was excellent. Not at all what I expected. Real restaurant quality - not an amazing restaurant, but nothing like what I would expect from a hotel with free breakfast.

I stayed at the Embassy Suites Bethesda last week, was greeted and checked in by Kevin who was extremely kind, helpful and professional. In retrospect, Management did an exceptional job with staff selection. I was thoroughly impressed at the pride the staff took in the execution in the provision of hospitality towards me and my family.

This is a great location for the Bethesda area and close to NIH. Surprisingly, this was also one of the more affordable options when we booked. Only downside is that the hotel only allows 4 people per room, when it can easily accommodate 5 (2 adults, 3 kids). Their cut off before counting a kid towards the room occupancy seems to be 3 years. I think they should raise this age and leave it up to the family to decide how many kids can be stacked in a bed.

The summary: Our family stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Bethesda for a 2-week period while we were visiting family for an extended trip in the Washington DC area. This was an exceptional stay (with a couple of hiccups that I will point to) and I would recommend this hotel to you.

The breakfast staff: This is highlighted elsewhere, but I want to double emphasize this for you. The people working at breakfast are fantastic. Especially Mary, who makes you omelettes. She's superb.

The rooms: They're Embassy Suites rooms so you know what to expect. There were some areas which could use a little TLC (like the doors needed some paint).

The parking: Sucks. There is a garage next door that you have to pay to park at. It stinks because you're in the middle of suburbia, with plentiful space, yet still have to pay for parking.

The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful through my stay. The room was very clean and ample supply of extra bedding, pillows, towels. The complimentary drinks were a plus and the breakfast was great.

this place was beautiful. very clean. breakfast was awesome & the omelette station and buffet were incredible. even when breakfast was busy all the employees did such a great job making sure everything was attended to and cleaned up really fast. the complimentary vouchers for an evening drink at the bar was also LIT! everything was awesome. my only thing…….if i were to be honest honest— was the indoor pool seemed kind of small, if there are kids in the pool just forget it😂 skip the pool honestly. but thats it everything else about this place seemed too good to be true!

I was staying here for my surgery and this place was absolutely phenomenal in every way. They would ask me how my healing was going, management was present often, they were courteous on the phone when requesting toiletries. They just cared and for that they made my surgical healing the best experience I could have ever asked for. Thank you!

Everything felt like luxury from the moment I walked in the door and checked in last night I checked out. The complementary breakfast was delicious. I liked that they had signs on the elevator, suggesting the optimal time to go for breakfast. I also like that the hotel is pet friendly, but it doesn’t smell or sound like a dog kennel. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful. The Internet worked perfectly while I was on my video conference call. I like that there is an indoor pool even though I didn’t use it. the hotel location is great because it’s right next to a major highway. I also liked that there was a little creek or a river around the hotel for me to walk my dog. The plus was to see cherry blossom trees in the court yard.

I want to give kudos to Marie and everyone in the restaurant. You all were extremely helpful, especially when helping out the older girls Their food from the Buffay. That was a very nice touch.

Five out of five stars.

This trip was to attend the Inurnment ceremony for my aunt and uncle at Arlington National Cemetery. My travels require me to also work, so I greatly appreciated the desk with a real office chair, adjustable height AND wheels! Not a chair trying to identify as an office chair (fixed height, no wheels). Staff was amazing, breakfast was good, hotel was clean, bed was comfortable. Having the mini bar area (sink, fridge) was a huge plus also.

Our suite was so pretty. My favorite added touch was the French doors in between rooms. Breakfast was perfect, with full buffet plus made to order omelette station. Love the design of the lobby space and rooms, too. Love the complimentary reception on your first night, although we should have gone earlier because they were out of almost all the food and some drinks. Requested a high room awya from elevators (we always do) and it's been totally quiet even though it seemed liked lots of people are staying here. Our teens enjoyed the pool, albeit small (there's an adjoining outdoor half but it was closed for winter since we visited in February). Easy drive (~30 min) to DC to tour the city.
