I usually use the walgreens on canal but lately they have rude workers and although they knew i needed my prescription asap and each person there kept telling me it was delayed or oh its in stock then delayed again . Thankfully this walgreens took fast action to get my medicine to me quick and transfered it over, The very same day im picking it up . All i have to say is thanks to the pharmacy tech i talked to on the phone !

Nick was super helpful & professional. Will definitely be back to visit Walgreens on South Acadia. 10/10 recommend! Nick is the bomb, he deserves a raise!! Thank you, Nick!

Helpful employees, good store layout. Found aztec clay and black drawing salve with the help of the pharmacist. Every employee greated me and seems to really enjoy working here. Be sure to enter your walgreens savings # to get discounts or you won't!

Not the best of pharmacies, but far from the worst. I find there are lots of childish people working there. Very unprofessional.

Great store and employees, everything is good besides pharmacy

Visited the pharmacy earlier in the month. I approached the pharmacy technician (Tomeka Francis) and she was extremely rude at the time of service. I bought in a written prescription from my Dr. She advised the prescription could not be filled due to it being a day early. I then requested that the pharmacy hold the prescription until it could be filled and she replied with “ He won’t do that, We don’t hold prescriptions “ I had never had an issue with them holding a written prescription until the following day when it can be filled. I no longer use Walgreens, store #12626 due to the inconvenience & the rude unapproachable, pharmacy technician Ms. Francis.

Probably the most horrible pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. Dropped off a script. the girl who took it typed on her computer then told me it will be ready by 2. I have a eye infection (bacteria from water at the beach). I called to get a update they said they are working on it. Text me at 3 saying they are out and will have it in a couple days. I HAVE A EYE INFECTION. I’m still trying to figure out why the girl didn’t tell me this 3 hours ago so I could find a different pharmacy then!

Make sure u have nothing to do when u come for the COVID vaccine! Idk why make appointments I stayed there 12pm til 12:43 & it was not busy at all!

The workers in the pharmacy NEVER seem to care if they help you! The last year their service has been horrible. Never get things right and when you tell them something they could care less!

The people that work in the pharmacy are COMPLETELY incompetent!!! They must hire the ones that McDonald's next door deemed useless. The store itself is fine.
