Great walk in the park for finding some mushrooms. Was there with a guide who knew what to look for and we found many. Some are edible. There is a good maintained toilet at the beginning of the park. Saw many people running along the trails and other who walked the dogs. Met one lady with a basket who was picking mushrooms too. Good season for mushrooms in September and October.

Excellent walking trails, well marked, and easy to get to. So wonderful to see all the mossy trees. There are a few different loops with varying lengths, so it’s perfect for the whole family. Restrooms are also kept very clean!

A nice patch of lowland forest in the middle of the east side. 3 interpretive trails of varying length and difficulty

💚👌 think old growth wilderness with an amazing trail system that allows easy access throughout this whole park area, which is huge, but also allows that feeling of being totally wrapped up by the surrounding tranquility of the woods. I go here not just a hike, but also for mushroom photography and it is such an amazing area

Very good local spot for an evening walk or a hike on the weekends.. the place is so dense with so many old and beautiful trees along the trail. A discover pass is required to be here. If not you can pay 10$ by dropping it off in the pay box. There is ample parking available on weekdays. A bit tricky on weekends!!

One of the last remaining horse parks. 4 arenas, miles of well-groomed trails for even barefoot horses. I'm really tired of complaints about horse poo. There are 100's of nearby parks for hiking that are horse free. Please let us equestrians enjoy this space without the negativity.

Definition of bridle trail/path:

Bridle path, also bridleway, equestrian trail, horse riding path, ride, bridle road, or horse trail, is a trail or a thoroughfare that is used by people riding on horses. Trails originally created for use by horses often now serve a wider range of users, including equestrians, hikers and cyclists.

Don't like the poo or horses go somewhere else.

Loved Bridle Trails State Park! Such a great urban forest with tons of trail options to choose from. I really enjoyed encountering horses, I feel like them running in the wind.

While there is horse dung on the trails it is not overbearing and easy to walk around. Every human I encountered was friendly but for the most part it felt I was alone in the forest to get lost in the natural beauty.

Pro tip: there is free parking east of the entrance that only adds a couple minutes to get in the park.

I love trail running here after work in Redmond, it's usually very quiet and peaceful. It makes me feel like I'm far away from the city yet w/o actually having to drive far away

Nice weekend hike in the heart of Kirkland. Almost flat ground so you can go with kids. We took a big loop to cover about 3 miles trail. Parked car near Benjamin Franklin elementary school and walked trail beside high voltage power lines as there was a horse riding event. Discover pass is required to park car in its lot.

Great local hiking spot, I love how you can make it as short or as long as you'd like and also perfect for rainy day hikes as majority of the trail is covered by the beautiful trees. Be prepared for horse poop and some big puddles in some areas. Some construction going on by the power lines but didn't disrupt my hike as they weren't working when I went.

Would hundred percent recommend as a good trail. It has three different trails - 1 mile, 1.6 mile and about 3.2 miles. Excellent place for a run or a walk. Would definitely go again. Take care to not get off trail as there are a lot of diverging paths in each trail. Even if you get lost, after walking awhile you will reach the trail markers and can get back on to a trail plus lots of people moving about routinely.

Super cool tunnel and trails. It's like a concrete garden

Such a nice park. It's not enormous but it's more than plenty to escape from the modern life and enjoy some wildlife. There's many trails and over all it's well kept. Be cautious though, recently there was a black bear sighting. I didn't think an animal that big could love somewhere so small.

Great for a quick hike right in the urban area. It has 3 loops, the shortest being 1 mile and the longest 1.7. kids like this place.

Only downside is horses are used on the trails and sometimes there are droppings.

Nice little set of trails, easy drive and easy hike. Watch out for horse manure! Very fun hike for the first day of spring.

Did the Raven tail today, it is about one mile all the way around. We were lucky enough to get to see a few cool birds on this trail. Good trail if you're a bird watcher. Fairly flat most of the way with a slight hill in the middle. Dogs are allowed on leash. Be aware these are also horse trails so if you have a dog make sure it is well trained, can be recalled, and will not run up to and scare a horse.

Perfect place for walk in hot day. It is ful of shade, has three main trails( 4.5, 1.7 and 1 miles) + some small roads for people who are familiar with this forest. Stroller walkable. Very popular place for horses.

Plush greenery with lungs full oxygen.. We get 3 trails to enjoy the nature and heal ourselves. Berries are grown around the place which are optional to consume. Greenery makes you feel good and occasionally passing visitors smile makes us happy..

Very well-maintained trail for trail running! Some horse poop along the trail. Otherwise it's great! Dog poop bags are available at the trailhead.
