Horace and Tboy have grown on me. We started off rough. But these gentlemen have behaved like true professionals. I can’t thank them enough for accommodating me and my wife at the hotel. This hotel brings me great memories. I wish them nothing but the best.

I would suggest that the younger staff (lean Caucasian guy front desk) who is there to be mindful about the tone in which they ask about our stay. My wife felt it to be out of place. I addressed it. And everything was fine.

Amazing location with the grocery store immediately next door, there's a rear exit that puts you in the metro station parking lot, and very convenient to both 495 and 270 highways and quick access to DC. There's a garage with its own interior entrance to the hotel as well as a surface lot and plentiful metered street parking. The rooms are great and on-par with other Hiltons in the area. The best part of this location is the staff. Housekeeping does an amazing job keeping the rooms clean and tidy as well as restocking guests with any extras. The front desk staff is always so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. James always makes a point to welcome me and make sure I have everything I need for my stay. He is a bright spot in what is usually a busy, hectic day for me. Thank you James and team for all your hard work and your kindness!!

Reasonable hotel for coming to DC for a quick business meeting. It's close to a metro station (red). However, you can also tell that this is a "business" place. The boby wash and lotion smells like men's cologne, not female friendly. The sheet is not as soft as those in some of the modern hotels. The meeting space is nice, but the catered breakfast and lunch food qualifies can use some improvement.

This hotel is actually bigger than what it seems on the outside. The inside is very beautiful during the Christmas and New Year holiday. I enjoyed how my room had 2 exit doors to the hallway. I have never seen this in a hotel. I appreciate how there is a glass shield between the rooms and the atrium to cancel out noise so you can sleep.

This is a great place to stay. For me, the 7 minute walk to my client is the best. Lots of dining options nearby. Just a 30 minute ride-share (depending on traffic) from IAD. A grocery store next door. A nice cafe for coffee in the morning. Will be back for sure.

Beautiful hotel. Doting staff. There was no microwave in the room and they promptly brought one to us on request. The rooms were appointed, spotless, quiet & very comfortable. Nice location. We visited a few days before Christmas. Dining available. There was a lot to do and see. The parking was expensive that was the only downfall.

Reading negative reviews about the hotel, I worried about my stay there while on business. But...Spacious clean room, very comfortable bed with crispy linens and good pillows, quiet- I really enjoyed my stay. Very convenient location with metro nearby and plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly.

Consistently exceptional front desk and security staff make this a cut above the average Hilton. With a metro station, grocery store, and numerous restaurants within a short walk, it is ideal for people visiting the immediate area, or tourists visiting the District. You may want to consider day parking at the metro station, which is significantly cheaper.

Spacious room in attractive hotel. Parking fees are outrageous but in line with other hotels. I remembered the restaurant as having more options. It seemed to be severely understaffed. Fortunately there are many restaurants within easy walking distance.

Literally the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, nicer even than New York City, and so well priced. The lobby was breathtaking and every staff member we encountered was so caring and personable. I can’t wait to come back!!!! This will be my go to “staycation” hotel

I had a great time at this hotel. The hotel rooms were very clean, the front desk people are great. I came back to this hotel for the third night. Tamer and Zoda are very respectful and helpful professionals! Can’t recommend this place enough

This hotel is a great hotel in terms of service, cleanliness of rooms, and location which is close to many important landmarks.

The room was very spacious. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was amazing. The front desk staff helped us as soon as a computer was available and we were checked in quickly. Only issue was the AC. It was cold but was extremely loud when turning on and off.

Great location with a Metro station nearby, and good places to eat out just get food from the Safeway across the street. Inside is beautiful, and I like the open area in the middle.

Spacious. Clean. Staff is amazing and diligent. They check up on you and make sure you have everything you need. Food from the restaurant is good. There is a Starbucks in the lobby.

They accidentally assigned me a room that the heat was being fixed on 2/4/23. The HVAC technician (I respectfully hope that’s his title), stopped what he was doing, called the front desk to alert them, and followed through until he pointed me to my new room (please thank him for me. I don’t catch his name). The next day we had an issue extending the stay so that my friend can stay in my room for an extra day. Two different people at front desk told us conflicting information. It was eventually fixed after some stressful misunderstandings. The next time I found myself at the same hotel for a conference, I didn’t book a room and customer service was excellent. I would recommend this hotel. The food was great both times. The banquet/wedding hall is very lovely and takes great pictures.

Fabulous staff. Friendly and helpful. The common space is spacious and nice. The meeting spaces worked well for our event and the staff were extremely accommodating.
Some of the rooms face the hallway so you would keep the curtains closed for privacy. Other rooms have windows to the outside, which is what we did. Reasonably priced.

The rooms were well appointed and clean. My only complaint is that I could hear the toilet flush in the next room, and I could also hear the guest in the opposite room talking and laughing. Other than than that, it was fine. I would recommend it.
