I’ve been coming here for quite some time. Have had several different therapists over the years. I’ve requested, & for the most part, have had EXCELLENT deep tissue therapists.

was there for my business trip last time, very nice service. helped me with my lower back issue. will go back again next time.

I am surprised at the amount of bad reviews. I’ve been going to Massage Springs for 8 years now and I cannot recommend it enough. I have gone in pain on my upper back with deep knots and I have ALWAYS left pain free and relaxed. They have applied hot stones when needed, they certainly know their jobs. I have had different massage therapists along the 8 years and while all have been really good, Mr. Chu is the best!!!
Regarding the customer service, everyone is very nice and courteous. However, please bear in mind that English is their second language and it may come across differently. Hope this helps someone. Don’t miss out.

Well priced, clean and very nice massage!

I went for a couples massages and Claudia and Andy took care of us. I’ve only had a massage once before and that was at a different spa, let me tell you that this place was much MUCH better. They were more experienced and applied the correct amount if pressures we wanted. The hot oil and lotion used felt great and I would definitely recommend!

I had a good experience. I feel bad the place has such negative reviews. I didn't experience any bad customer service. Coco did a wonderful job. I felt relaxed and rested. The place is a bit outdated but other than that my experience was positive. I would recommend giving them a chance.

Been here several times and I am now realizing that I never left a well deserve review. Great place for a massage. Very clean, professional, and relaxing environment as it should be. Highly recommended. Can't beat the cost for an hour massage!

Massage spring is a hole in the wall place, but don't be discouraged by appearance. If you want a deep tissue massage that will get your knots out go to Mr. Chu. He does not accept the groupon coupons, but he charges 60 dollars a hour. He also uses hot stones during your massage. He will massage you with the hot stones as well. He is AMAZING!!!!! I had bad back pain and had trouble sleeping. I was finally able to sleep through the night after my massage. I have been trying to find a good massage therapist for years and have finally found one. I have been to red door, potomac massage, and many others, but Mr. Chu is by far the best person I have found!!!!

I have been going to massage spring for years and always had an excellent experience.I have had Claudia, Joy and Helen for deep tissue and never have been disappointed. I recommend going and if you want deep tissue schedule for a hour and a half .Have a great day.

Chu is by far the most knowledgeable massage therapist I have EVER been to. I have been a weekly client of his for years and have never had anything short of an excellent experience. He has helped me overcome every back ache and pain I have endured over the years - I don’t think I will ever be able to thank him enough for helping me.

Online reviews can be rough, and some of the ones posted below are unnecessarily harsh. For how incredibly reasonable their prices are compared to other local Rockville/Bethesda vendors, I’m shocked to see people complaining. There are no frills at this location, but an hour with Chu can make a world of difference to anyone looking for a legitimate therapeutic massage. Keep up the great work Chu!

Very professional, very accommodating with a good range of massages from relaxing to deep tissue sports massage. I think we have seen all of the massage therapists and they are all excellent! We have been going here for years.

This place is worth the travel! I love Andy! Got him twice.. Went back and got a woman that wasn't as great, her pressure was off.. Just too light! But definitely check them out!

It was a great massage with friendly staff and they didn’t nickel and dime you for small add ons.
