Stefan and Chris are the absolute best guys ever! I came in need them to work a miracle and they did! Very open throughout the whole process and walked me through everything! Highly recommend!!

Update: Stefan the new manager is awesome!! He takes time to talk and explains to the customer what they are doing and what is going with your vehicle.

Update 1/24/2024: Score another terrific service for CarX Tesson Ferry! My car smacked a curb as I slid during our recent ice glazing. My tire was flat within an hour. Swapped in the spare & called CarX. Nicole got me in the next day, Danny fixed the tire in no time flat, if you'll pardon a tire pun. These folks are just terrific!

I moved to my current home several months ago. I have always been treated well at the Car-X location in my old neighborhood and wanted to take my car where I know they'll do a great job. The great guys at the Tesson Ferry location looked up my car's history of repairs at Car-X, honored the warranty to repair the leak in my tire and showed me where normal wear was beginning to affect my tread.

It can be difficult sometimes for older women to be treated well when seeking help with a technical problem that is outside our area of expertise. We're often given explanations specifically designed to go over our heads so that the man involved can feel like a big macho hotshot.
Car-X personnel treat me like their mom. I always know I'm getting good service, polite friendly interaction and a warranty that lasts a lifetime.

I'm glad there's a Car-X wherever i need one.

Super friendly Brayden took care of me from start to finish and straight forward guys I have a lot of quick oil change places closer to me but it’s worth going a little further out of my way to come here

I came in to get my brakes bled on my Chevy Suburban and the technician Josh hooked my truck up! He definitely knows what he's doing! The front desk manager Andy was very professional as well. This car x location got me in-and-out in a timely manner. I will definitely be back at this location if I ever need anything done in the future.

I was able to get in same day and have my tire replaced. They were quick and always easy to speak with. I never feel like I'm being mislead or made to pay more than what I need. This store is great and I will be a long time customer.

Spencer Riggs was able to fit me in for a complete tire change and lug nut replacement. He walked me through everything and even got me great deal! He was a huge help! Definitely recommend coming here for service!

I went into this car X for my annual inspection on my 2008 Fusion which is getting very old. Are they were able to take me a couple of minutes before my appointment time which was wonderful as I suspected part of it did not pass store manager Bill Gate printed the estimate and handed it to me and it really wasn't too bad I left went home talk to my boyfriend he said yeah I get it done they were able to get it done that same afternoon and my brakes were wonderful then I passed inspection and was able to drive to Chicago. These guys are so nice there waiting room is clean and tidy the bathroom's not even bad at all there's coffee there and altogether a pleasant experience

I was new to the area and was checking out a few local spots for a new "go-to" car maintenance place, and I'm 100% sure this is the one. Had to wait hours at Firestone and Meineke, both for getting ANYTHING scheduled and getting things done. But this place has been great every time I've used it, and Bill up front has always been super upfront, super honest, and very helpful with any and all questions or concerns, always willing to literally bring you out to the floor and point out the problem himself. The other staff seem friendly from the few seconds I'd speak to them as well. From now on I'll be recommending this place to friends, family, girlfriend, whoever wants their car taken care of right.

Andrew said to bring it in and he'll find a way to get it done. I showed up, and was in and out in 20 minutes.

I'll never go to another Dobbs or anywhere else for this. Great experience.
