Walked in the door and was greeted by Chris who showed me a lift recliner that was on display in the store. Chris explained the operation of the chair and gave me a fair price. The deal was completed in record time and I was out the door very quickly. The others working with Chris were very friendly and helpful also. Very pleasant experience.

We were looking for a love seat. There was a big variety there. We were encouraged to sit on as many as we wanted to find what suited our needs.The clerk answered all our questions and was very helpful. I will definitely recommend this place to others.

Chris. Is my salesman. He has been great. Very informative and helpful to pay attention to my needs. He found the recliner that I really want, am sick right now and had to say he could sell it if someone wanted to buy it. I still really like the chair. Would love it if there was one like it that was covered in plastic and not been demoed. If I can’t get hubby to agree I have great credit. I can make payments. I will be back in touch! Very friendly personnel, Lola stayed in contact with me and gave me information that I needed. And to get a quick approval was awesome. I had a surgery around three years ago that required several inches of my colon to be removed, I needed a front load washer and dryer, as bending over a top loader is painful and hard for me to reach to get laundry out. Thank you Lola and Kimbrell's for making it easy for me all the way around.

Our refridgerator/freezer went out today, so we called and asked about one that was similar, they got right back with us, and promised us a delivery same day. They have always been good to us. Highly recommended!
