Excellent care. Took the time to answer questions and clarify treatment plans.

The new patient process was easy, and I was seen within a couple of weeks. My appointment was at 8am when they opened, but I wasn't seen until about 8:45am. The staff did great with bloodwork. The office and waiting area were fairly dirty and needed to be vacuumed. It was impossible to have anyone to reply on the patient portal when you are promised a reply within 48 hours. I attempted to have LabCorp additional bloodwork ordered for weeks only to be ignored. Some reviews elsewhere say the Dr isn't personable. I can relate. Going elsewhere.

Asked the doctor how my blood pressure looked during a routine physical. He pulled up my charts to respond and charged me for an additional "consultation" as a result. Completely inappropriate. On top of it, I had to call three times about this. The first time his PA said that it looked strange that I'd been charged and he would look into it and call me back. He didn't call me back. I followed-up after a week and he said that the charge wasn't correct and the billing person would call me within a day or two. Two weeks went by and I didn't get a call. I called a third time and he told me that they were going to keep the charge. I'm not going to go to a doctor who's staff doesn't call me when they say they will and then nickel and dime me for completely reasonable questions during a physical.

UPDATE: Answer from Provider is false. Dr. Wiedner was supposed to have filled my RX when he met with me. Still haven't received updated bill. Recently switched to Wiedner because my former Dr. left his practice. Dr. Wiedner forgot to sign for my existing prescription refills. I had to call the office 3 times to finally get them filled. And, he tried to charge me over $1,000 (I don't know why they didn't run my insurance through) for the visit and lab tests. Still waiting on a revised bill, and a response back from them.
