So much for a public parking garage! Why label it as such if there’s no public access?Poor instructions for entering and leaving both with your vehicle and as pedestrians. Ticket reader is external to main garage doors, making it appear you’re trapped in after a certain hour. Apparently, the main door opens when you activate a motion sensor near the door and the ticket reader is right there. Small, tight spaces and aisles. Visitor parking is 2 floors below main level. AND you have to call security just to get in the lobby to access the garage from the street (which is incredibly stupid IMO). Though it’s convenient to the brewery and apartment buildings, I probably won’t park here again just for the hassle of it.

Dropped off a passenger at the District Court and saw the big sign saying ‘PUBLIC PARKING!’ Don’t be fooled - this parking lot is not a Montgomery County facility and it is a total rip-off. $16 for just over 2 hours. The Cameron Street Garage is a block the other way but much cheaper! And the visitor parking area is waaay down below the monthly with no easy access from the street. Don’t use this garage!!!

Don't park here. I signed up for a monthly pass here. Arrived at 9:30pm one night to park overnight, and I couldn't leave the garage without calling security... all the doors to leave were locked and I could only exit by taking my car out the front gate. No one should park here for any reason at the rates they charge, given that the county garage is right around the corner.
